酒店環境位置非常棒！靠近海邊，景色優美；酒店衞生一流、早晚餐豐富；酒店工作人態度友好、服務熱情。我選的是海景房，房間寬敞明亮、佈置典雅、設施齊全，是觀賞海上日出的最佳選擇。

Excelente hotel, con una preciosa decoración interna y un exterior maravilloso, con piscinas, zonas verdes..
El personal es muy amable , ambiente familiar y acogedor

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff always answered our questions the housekeeping very good. The only problems we had was people smoking on the next balcony so we couldn't keep our terrace door open at times and the sauna area needs some attention.

This was a lovely hotel, our room (1201) had lovely views over the pool and the sea and was also spacious. Even thought it was next to the lift you could not hear it. As it was out of season there was not a lot guests and that was nice. Bar staff were lovely as were the breakfast staff. Reception staff were also very helpful and the cleaners were also very friendly. Hot and cold buffet breakfast was a huge selection and also included cava and wine if you wanted it. The pool was cold and very refreshing, however the indoor pool was great. You can walk to Altea town via the sea walkway or use the tram which is a 10 min walk away. Definitely would recommend and will visit again.

This was an amazingly beautiful property! It is stunning from the very moment you pull onto the property. We have never been to Spain so we didn't know what to expect. We felt very safe getting around. We used taxis, the tram and walked everywhere we needed to go.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was so kind. The food was great and would highly recommend all the restaurants on the property. But definitely walk off the property and see the town. So many wonderful restaurants and little towns to see and experience! We had a great stay!

The Hotel have an excellent location we were able to go to different cities every day that were between 15 to 45 minutes from the hotel. Service was great and have an excellent breakfast and Dinner buffet.

Visited VG a few times now but this was the first with family ,as usual standard were great pools amazing and staff very friendly and helpful {Adrian on front desk was superb}.
Food truck could do with a few more options if im being picky but overall all superb and cant wait to get back there.

Great staff, lovely resort however disappointed that although advertised as a Spa hotel, you have to pay to use the Spa which is not great. The Japanese restaurant had no sushi available on the whole weekend we were there and the Buffet restaurant in the evening is not great with poor choice. This is not a 5 star hotel.
