"A pathetic stay so far. No room and washroom amenities except towels. And some of them are provided upon asking .the safe locker is situated at floor level where you have to be on your knees ro operate it and the instructions or in a bit confusing and it took a while ro understand and operate it. The room and lobby was full of cigarette smelll, no airfreshener around. The price they charge and services they provided has no match. The hotel is old and a bit rotten i guess. The soaps and shampoos are in refilled bottles. It was a shock for me and I thought that I have been cheated by trip.com. it's not five star hotel. Its some pathetic 2 star hotel .overall it is the worst stay in five star hotel ever"

"The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it."

"I recently stayed at your hotel, and I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience. My son fell ill, and we needed to cut our trip to the Dead Sea short and return to Amman earlier than planned. We arrived at the hotel around 4 o'clock in the morning, expecting understanding and support during a stressful time. Unfortunately, we were charged the full rate for the night. The reception staff informed us that early check-in starts at 6 am and communicated in what felt like "wooden language," offering no empathy or flexibility. They were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no concern for our situation. When I raised this issue with the duty manager Alaa in the morning, I hoped for some form of compensation or at least an acknowledgment of our inconvenience. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do. This rigid policy and lack of customer care made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and the lack of consideration shown by the staff. I expected better service and understanding from a hotel of this caliber. I hope that in the future, your hotel will consider being more accommodating and empathetic to guests facing unexpected situations. Sincerely, Khaled"

"I arrived 3.30am exhausted and without my luggage as the airline had lost it. Went to the assigned room in an area that stank, and with screeching people next door. I found the room in a filthy, stinking, used condition with plates of half-eaten food lying around. My replacement room was much better with a comfy bed, but the bathroom was dirty with moldy grout and, damaged mirror. The large metal disc on the bathroom floor moved if you stood on it and was a danger as your foot could go down. The towels were grey and smelly. Breakfast was so vile I couldn't eat much of it. The coffee was undrinkable. One morning I asked for bread and after 30 minutes I gave up and left. The supper wasn't too good so I ate twice at Akash (opposite hotel .. 1st class). One night I ate in the hotel same time as a friend. I was violently sick a few hours later and had to clean up totally by myself even though I was promised someone would come with a brush/mop but never did. My supper companion and terrible diarrhea most of the next day. Twice during the week my room was not cleaned ...'well, they have gone home now'! Often, coffee etc not replenished then when you go to ask for it they say there isn't any. I checked out 3 days early and went elsewhere for the rest of my stay. They kept on about being 4 stars but the most important thing for me was safe food and hygiene, not the pool (closed up anyway) spa & gym. The foyer is nice, and there is a lovely independent Jordanian craft shop just inside."
