"Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, and it really let me down! It's all just sponsored posts. At first, I thought the negative reviews were harsh and maybe it was just too crowded during peak season. I apologize to everyone who left bad reviews – you were absolutely right, I'm completely speechless! My expectations weren't high. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a bathtub. Aside from the damp smell, which is inevitable in the mountains, everything seemed okay at first. I'd read that the hotel food wasn't good, so we went out to eat. The first night was fine (maybe because there weren't many guests, so less water usage). But from the second day until check-out on the third, we had to wear masks in the bathroom. How can a hotel costing over a thousand yuan have such poor drainage? Why is it so expensive then?! For breakfast, by the time we got to the noodle station, the tofu skin, porridge, noodles, and mini wontons were all gone! Not even bread. No wonder reviews mentioned a meager breakfast. Forgetting it's a slow season – why even open then?! I called room service twice for pillows and water, and each time required two calls to get them to come. They never arrived promptly. The first time was before lunch, the second around 8 PM – I wouldn't consider either time particularly busy or awkward. Oh, and I almost forgot to complain about the complimentary mini-bar and welcome fruit. Someone mentioned flies – well, ours were already moldy when we arrived. Doesn't housekeeping check these things? Three apples as fruit – it's not that I wanted to eat them, but it just felt so out of line with the price! Room equipment isn't checked either – the mirror and electronic scale had no power! Absolutely not worth it. This is the first hotel I've ever actively advised against. To be operating for only 2 years and already like this, with many surrounding facilities neglected... if they don't improve their service and drainage, this hotel won't last!!! I didn't even bother taking the small gift offered at check-out, seeing the sign at the front desk offering gifts for good reviews on Xiaohongshu – what a joke! To be fair, the small stream outside is quite nice, and the environment is good. But there are plenty of similar places. I highly recommend against booking this hotel."
