I have stayed in many hotels in Erdao, and this one is really good. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is very polite, the hot spring is on the first floor, I can go there directly in my swimsuit, and I went there to eat delicious food in the evening. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. I sincerely recommend it to everyone~

The smart hotel really has smart rooms where Chinese voice commands are used with XiaoDu. Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed. The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away). This hotel is centrally located in Antu town. Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me. Laundry service is provided too upon request.

The price of this hotel is relatively cost-effective, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is super good. When we check in on the same day, the hotel front desk staff will contact us to inform us of the weather conditions and how to get to the hotel by car from the high-speed rail station. For tourists who travel, I really feel that staying at the Country Inn & Suites Hotel is the right choice; it is super considerate. The lobby is very warm and beautiful as soon as you enter it. The front desk will pour you a cup of hot water when you check in. I am so touched. It is very warm. There is a smart robot to deliver food. The bath water in the room is very warm and can be washed away instantly. Tired, the taxi price from Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area is also very reasonable, and it is not far from Changbai Mountain Station, so it is convenient to take a taxi. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the automatic curtains are overall good. The breakfast is also very good, with various styles. You can also cook noodles🍜wontons. It feels really good to have a warm bowl in the morning. The service staff are all super polite. Worth recommending~

Service: This time, the rating is mainly for the service. Originally, I was going to change hotels the next day, because I only booked one night, and I thought it was a bit out of the way. Later, I thought that if I could stay in the original room, I would not change hotels, because I would go to Changbai Mountain the next morning and come back very late and tired. The main film began. Before leaving early in the morning, I went downstairs to the front desk to check in for a stay extension (because there was no room for a stay extension on my phone, I could only book a luxury bed first). The first lady I met had good ability to deal with and handle things. I asked if I could pay more or upgrade the original room to stay. Fortunately, with the help of the lady, I successfully extended my stay after registering as a member. How happy the morning was, how bad the afternoon was. I pushed my tired body back to the hotel from Changbai Mountain. From the moment I entered the hotel gate, the waiter did not mention the water outage in the hotel. When I returned to the hotel and prepared to take a shower, I found that there was no water. I called the front desk and they told me that the water would come in half an hour. OK, I thought it would only take half an hour. After taking a shower, I changed my clothes and went out for a walk and dinner. The result was that I waited for three hours but still had no water, so I had to go out to eat dinner in the stinking atmosphere. The key point was that I called the front desk twice to ask when the water would come, and they told me half an hour, and once they said 20 minutes. There was almost no public relations afterwards, as if it was none of their business. When I checked out, they asked for my home address to send me souvenirs. No need, the hotel public relations should come out and solve the problem as soon as possible.

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance. Also close to the city. But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it. The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard. Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing. So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

The location is not far from the entrance of the cycling park, very close to the north slope distribution center of Changbai Mountain. It takes 10 minutes to walk slowly, which is very convenient. To other attractions or punching places, for me, 1, 2 kilometers is completely the distance to walk, so I think it is quite close, the nearest is China Qiusha Duck Park. The room was clean, there was an elevator, the boss sister was very enthusiastic, and I would stay here if I had the opportunity!

It's very beautiful to take pictures on rainy days. The stream is right in the park, and it's very healing to listen to the gurgling stream. The most important thing is that the service staff is really good. When we were having a barbecue, he really responded to our requests and was very enthusiastic.
