The last time we stayed was on August 1, 2022 the price was raised since it is August ... but the service is not... even after we were taken to the room, the lights were still shut off and the lights were still shut off. The above bed did not work exactly and when I returned immediately asked if the room was changed, the night porter also paid the price, he lifted the voice, he told me there was no reason to change room and that I was not able to use it the lights and that the lights above the bed do not work in any room ( what is not true because they always worked ) at last changed our room and look casual 'all worked' the suite with large hydromassage bath when we had it take was only working hot water so we were 3 hours out to wait for it to cool... From 1 to 5 Cleaning 2,5 Breakfast 1 Professionality and gentleness 1 We wouldn't come back anymore ... I don't recommend ,.. more cheap spend € 20 more but in a much more professional place (shame because the hotel itself has a great potential )

I would say this was an ok hotel. The hotel itself was alright in terms of rooms, staff, cleanliness etc. Wasn't aware there was a motel next door so that was a surprise when we first arrived. It was smack bang in the middle of Lake Como and Milan which was decent Two things I would say is REALLY important and it was not advertised or mentioned by the booking company we booked with or in any reviews I had read: 1) as it's in the middle of a motorway, public transport is pretty much non existent. Closet station was a 22 mintue walk from the hotel which was ridiculous. We spent faaaaaaaaar to much money on cabs in order to move anywhere outside the hotel. Which leads into the next point... 2) getting an Uber or calling a cab was as hard as finding a needle in a haystack. A constant battle on where we were going to get out next cab out of the hotel to get anywhere every morning because it was that hard to get taxi's. When asked at the reception they mentioned because the hotel is in Lomazzo there isn't a taxi rank or company based here so cabs will need to be called out from either Milan or Lake Como in order to collect anyone at the hotel. Which is very silly. The hotel did have thier own driver however having 1 or 2 drives for the whole hotel was very silly because he wasn't always available (who can be surprised) A separate side note is on the breakfast 'buffet' it wasn't amazing. Very basic considering its a 4* hotel, I've had better choices in Travelodge. I hear that Italians aren't big on breakfast but some options would be appreciated! Would I stay here again? Defo not! But if you're going to hire a car then it's not a bad shout to stay here as you have your own transport to get to places plus parking I believe is free at the hotel.

The double bedroom is spacious and bright too, with a large double bed and half of the wardrobe available to store your clothes. The large bathroom with window has been refurbished recently and it welcomes you with blue shades of freshness. A complete shower box, basin, bidet and wc and a washing machine are at your disposal. We have only spent 3 nights in this beautiful garden. The old buildings have been renovated lovely and the old charm is feeling in the facility. From the reception to the newly opened restaurant (absolutely delicious regional food! evening) the staff was very friendly and premature. English was not a problem too. The nearness to the motorway we have seen as a advantage in the excursions, the noise is heard. For our dog the good was also a highlight! In the small park, accessible through the window, you can use the line to walk. There are also plenty of green flakes around the hotel. The buffet is rather overviewed, there are regional sauce and cheese, bread and sweet food, and fresh fruit (unfortunately no vegetables). Who prefers a shower than a bath, should ask for a room with a shower. We have got a suite with a bathtub which was uncomfortable for us. In the whole we had a beautiful feeling to be welcome, and that's the most important!
