"Not recommend. The pool maintenance staff were a big disappointment. There was no water in the toilets or showers. They told us to wait 5 minutes because the water would be back, but instead kept a lady waiting outside ubder the sun for over 20 minutes without any explanation. In the end, reception just said sorry, there was no water."

"This is the second Mövenpick hotel I stayed at during my trip to Jordan. Overall, it is not as good as the one on the Dead Sea, especially the service. When I made the reservation, I clearly stated that this trip was for our anniversary. The hotel did not make any decorations, and the front desk did not express blessings to us. Not only was it unenthusiastic, the room was even occupied on the first night because of the tour group that arrived that day. Yes, I changed the double bed room I originally booked into a twin bed room. This is completely different from the service at the Movenpick Hotel on the Dead Sea. I will not recommend my friends to come here, I am very disappointed!"

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε βάθος από την παραλία. Υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο πάρκινγκ, ένα ντουλάπι κάτω και πολλά μαγαζιά. Το κρεβάτι είναι καθαρό, αλλά υπήρχαν μικρά σημάδια. Το πρωινό δεν είναι πολύ διαφορετικό, περνάει στον τελευταίο όροφο με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα... σταματούσαμε για δύο νύχτες, καθάριζες κάθε μέρα, αλλά αρνηθήκαμε... πήραμε μόνο νερό... δίπλα στο Μουσείο, το πρωί θα ακούγεται, εννοώ, αν ονειρευόμασταν. Έσπασαν το ποτήρι και το είπαν στο ρεσεψίν. Δεν πήραν πρόστιμο."
