Good hotel close to main attractions. All the staff were very friendly and accommodated all my needs. one morning there was not hot hot and as soon as i reported it the issue was fixed. Breakfast was simple and Ok. Could do with more cereal choices. Recommend this one for short stays.

The staff were so friendly, and I was looking for ways to assist. With transportation, in any other arrangements we needed to make. The breakfast were yummy, and the breakfast staff was delightful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and hot water flowing! The gardens outside were well kept And a great place to have breakfast in the morning or relaxed in the evening.

This hotel is spacious and friendly in all the ways. The bedrooms are huge, the bathroom is also big, the shower is hot and strong, the garden is beautiful, the breakfast has a ton of variety, the staff at the front desk and in the kitchen and cleaning staff are all so amazingly sweet and helpful and the cooking class (we did the ceviche and cooked fish dish) was a blast and deeelicious!! All around fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Wonderful people and place . Would stay again. Very safe and clean. Great Everything fresh. Easy to book tours and better price. Close to center. Smiles and accomodations are comfortable. Now I am just talking to fill in the 200 minimum requirement for TripAdvisor but bottom line is if you're in this town this would be a great place to stay.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful garden to relax in. The breakfast buffet was top notch, with different varieties each day. The location is in a quite neighbourhood, but just a short walk from all of the action at the main plaza. Most of all Natalia and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating to my travel needs.

The property is as advertised and to be honest most positive reviews are correct BUT only if you get what you book. Room variance is massive. 70s plus we planned a comfortable 6 day stop over to sightsee rest & recouperate. Did our homework booked their large upstairs Superior room with tea coffee maker fridge lounge fan etc. When we were taken to our room I was flabergasted. We were given an extremely small ground floor room with nil above. I mean nothing not even two drinking glasses. Apologetic but fully booked. We noted a Lions Club were there. This bad management totally impacted our holiday.

This is a very well located hotel near the Main Square. The rooms and breakfast are fantastic. Above all, the friendly and ever polite staff will always be there to assist you with tours, restaurants and recommend new/trendy places. An absolute gem near the historic centre of Arequipa.

A wonderful, beautiful property with rooms surrounding a garden. The room itself was nicely appointed, a safe, comfy bed and pillows, the shower has the most powerful flow of hot water I have experienced. Our room was serviced by Marie, and it was spotless. While staying, the Hotel hosted a sit down Wine Tasting in their dining room and it was informative and fun. Just a few short blocks to the heart of the city, and lastly, and most importantly, it is quiet! A big shout out to Front Desk personnel, Danny. He is informative, helpful, speaks perfect English and if you like to laugh, he has a great sense of humor. :)

We had a lovely stay at Casa de Avila. We arrived in the middle of the night through our Peru Hop tour and were absolutely exhausted. The staff were quick and efficient in getting us checked in. They continued to be communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Five out of five stars!
