Las Torres de Ugarte

"A charming boutique hotel. We had one of the garden rooms which is a lovely setting. Big and comfortable beds. Ignore the reference to small room-size - the rooms are spacious enough, and while the bathroom is tiny, it's well-appointed and perfectly functional. And the hot shower is awesome! Lo-Lo, the 45 year old tortoise, is a delightful addition to the garden. She can move fast when she is hungry! The service and customer care was authentic and 24 hours. They looked after us enthusiastically. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace gave sweeping views with fresh cooked frittatas and hot cakes. The location is very central to the historical barrio."

Hotel la Cuesta de Cayma

"I´ve stayed there for two weeks, the hostel was clean and neat, I was in a double room, it was comfortable, it had a big closet and a security box. The location is near from restaurants and bakeries. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only bad thing was the breakfast, because it didn´t have a buffet."

Hotel Hanan

"I highly recommend this hotel. During my stay in Arequipa, I injured my ankle, and seeing that I was alone, the staff at Hotel Hanan kindly offered to help me in any way they could. They brought breakfast to my room and assisted me with deliveries, taxis, and luggage. They are warm and empathetic people with a genuine passion for customer service. I am very grateful for their help."

Las Mercedes

"Due to a delay in my bus schedule, I arrived in the heart of the night, yet they immediately welcomed me, providing a room and swiftly handling the paperwork the following morning. Sensing my fatigue, they kindly left water in the room after the long journey. Ursula & Herman were exceptional, not only in their support to organize tours but also in their demeanor, making me feel cared for and at home. The room was comfortable, well-lit, with a beautifully spacious bathroom and a cozy bed! Breakfast was served buffet-style with a variety of choices. Located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Arequipa, the place is well-connected and convenient."
