"Lovely stylish rooms which have been recently decorated in a tranquil and rural location. The gardens are beautiful and the pool looks stunning. It was too cold for me when we stayed. A car is necessary (unless you have a generous budget for a taxi). The driveway to the hotel has many potholes which cannot easily be avoided. Hopefully they will be filled in soon. The hotel served breakfast and said that a light lunch could be available if we asked. No dinner. Indeed the hotel largely closed by 6pm. With no bar either it felt more like a very upmarket B&B than an hotel. I don't know if this changes in high season. There is a spa which we did not use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the setting and rooms were so lovely."

"The best thing about the hotel is its location, centrally located and close to the main attractions. As for the rest, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms poorly insulated, and you could hear all the noise from the kitchen and common areas. If you're carrying suitcases, it's not very convenient to get there, as the elevator is very small and you'll almost certainly have to take the stairs. We were traveling with our toddler, and the elevator only fit one person."

"Wonderful rooms in a renovated palace. Ricardo was wonderful from start to finish. The breakfast in the courtyard is a great treat. The rooms are modern and special. I loved my garden view room. There are some quirks, though there’s no light in the little entrance when you walk in the room, so I ended up using my phone flashlight to get the key in and out. Speaking of keys, there are many for different doors, and it’s a bit of a labyrinth. These are just minor issues, some of which could be addressed. I’d happily stay there again!"

"My partner and I were looking forward to spending the evening in Arezzo. We planned to go to the hotel for the Antique Fair . Unfortunately, the hotel sent an email the day we were supposed to arrive modifying the times the valet service /parking was available. We picked this hotel specifically because of its location and the parking options. The change, though perhaps insignificant to some, was enough of an inconvenience to our plans and expectations that we would have canceled had the email notifying us of the changes to the parking arrangement been sent before the 48-hour "no cancelation window." I called to ask the hotel if we could cancel our reservation and they said no because the request was within the 48-hour window. I tried to explain that, we were canceling because they modified the agreed terms and did not let us know with enough notice for us to cancel, but they were unmoved. They said they cannot be responsible for updating "everybody" when changes occur to what they are offering. I respectfully disagree. I am thankful that they were willing to speak to me in English and they did try and problem solve for us, but it was not sufficient. It is unfair for a hotel to say to a guest that a change in parking is insignificant because guests "only have to walk a little farther." It ignores the reality that a guest might be in a wheel chair, using braces, tired, or just old. The manager offered a voucher (and emailed us a voucher), but I do not see myself staying at Graziella Patio Hotel when I return to Arezzo. We ended up canceling our reservation without a refund."

"My husband and I stayed two nights at the end of May. We had a great time. The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the proximity to the tracks; the trains are loud and frequent, but they run much less often on weekends, so that makes up for it. Overall, we had a great time. We also recommend eating at their restaurant, which is excellent."

"The hotel is very conveniently located some 100 Meters outside the old city. This has the advantage that the car may be parked a very short walk away on a public parking. The hotel is in a newly and completly refurbished old building. We had a standard room which was very large, traditionally, but nicely decorated. Excellent bed, quite at night. what was a little strange is that a large bathtub was standing in room and also was seerved as the visual divider to the washbasin (so virtually no protection); the toilet was separate, though. Staff is professional, but quite unpersonal. It has to be mentioned that value for money is such a touristic place is extraordinary."
