We are from Chapecó and we went to family. The city at the weekend DORRE. There is nothing to do. Most of it closes at 17:00 .... The night is 2 or 3 restaurants that work and all a fortune. The hotel should give priority to guests in the dinner reservation, because something very unpleasant happened on Saturday 20th. We were looking forward to seeing the Lindental group show and we were all waiting on the terrace attached to the restaurant where the show was. FIRST: guests were not informed that they would have dinner and that it should be booked. I had only one warning on the show lift and that for guests it is not charged .... They prefer to call people from other hotels to see the show and make dinner than to give priority to booking for guests who have already paid the day in the hotel. Second and worse: Madam, I will not quote names, but just hit the door on our face saying that he would close for the air. The minimum that you could have done if you were experienced in the service was to talk ... ”will personal vcs watch the show? Come in for gentleness that we will close here for air” She simply closed the door and ”locked” all of us outside where it was raining ... We simply went out without watching the show why we were very annoyed with the attitude of this lady that might be working or owner ... The minimum that you could have done was to invite you to come in, We go down to the CHEFF Haus restaurant where we were very well-served and wonderfully well-served. 13 Tilias is beautiful, but needs investment, needs people who take the real tourism .... The cultural issue is wonderful, but makes the bag ...
