"We booked a couple of rooms here for an overnight stay with the four of us. It was easy to find and there was plenty of street parking. The reception team were friendly and helpful and our rooms were immaculately clean. We had paid a little extra for the garden view rooms which had their own balconies and overlooked the park. I'm so glad we did that as it meant we weren't facing the road and that is my only criticism here in that there is some traffic noise through the night, so I would advise other guests to do the same. Its location is great as its less than ten minutes walk to the area of town with all the restaurants and bars for an evening meal."

"Αφού επισκέφτηκα το ξενοδοχείο το 2016 με τη σημαία του Iberostar, φθάσαμε όπως αναμενόταν να ενημερωθεί, μας επιβεβαίωσαν. Νιώθαμε ότι υπήρχαν πολλές πληροφορίες για να εισέλθουμε. Το δωμάτιο που επιλέξαμε ήταν ο προϋπολογισμός. Οι καταγγελίες που έχω είναι η ομάδα διασκέδασης. Η μουσική είναι πολύ δυνατή αν ακούτε μουσική με θόρυβο που ακυρώνει τα ακουστικά, ειδικά όταν κάνετε Zumba, το πλήθος είναι πολύ κοντά και εξακολουθούν να επιλέγουν να χρησιμοποιούν ένα μικρόφωνο, χωρίζουν τον χρόνο μας και μετακομίζουμε στο δωμάτιο. Η γυναίκα μου έχει προβλήματα κινητικότητας, εκείνη τη μέρα δεν μπορούσε να το κάνει κάτω από την παραλία, οι ηλιοθεραπευτές γύρω από την πισίνα φαινόταν να έχουν πετσέτες πάνω τους, αλλά κανείς δεν ήταν εκεί, είδα κάποιον να σπρώχνει το σημείωμα που είχε μείνει να πει να μην το κάνει. Για μένα, είναι δουλειά ενός διευθυντή να αφαιρεί τα πράγματα, μια άλλη μέρα είδα ανθρώπους να τα κρατούν, και μετά να πηγαίνεις κατευθείαν στην παραλία, προφανώς όταν δεν έχεις αρκετές ηλιακές σαλόνια. Τα τρόφιμα, η ποιότητα που πρέπει να πω, ήταν καλή, αλλά θα μπορούσατε να δώσετε μια μικρή επιλογή και να είστε περισσότερη περιπέτεια με τα επιτεύγματα σας, όπως σάλτσα κ.λπ., σε τρία συνεχή καθίσματα του ίδιου κρέατος. Ένα άλλο πράγμα ήταν οι περιγραφές του φαγητού στα αγγλικά ήταν λάθος, ένα παράδειγμα και το έβαλα σε τεμπέλημα, ήταν ένα πιάτο που προσφέρθηκε στο εστιατόριο al carte, έτσι η ερμηνεία θα μπορούσε να χρησιμοποιηθεί, όχι πολλοί υπάλληλοι που μιλούν αγγλικά, Ευτυχώς, η Google Translation is a godsend, the staff are very friendly and do their best to understand, the English lady at the restaurant entrance is a credit to your hotel, friendly with everyone, always time for a little chat. So all in all a good stay"

"The worst TUI hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was average, the tours were sold out or not available, the guest experience lady couldn’t even help hire a car, the tv didn’t work in the room, the room didn’t have a separate bathroom - a sliding door for a toilet and another for a shower, overall for a deluxe room there wasn’t anything great about it. A nice location with a beautiful beach across the road but that was about it. Not a lot around, we ended up hiring a car and travelling elsewhere along the coastline to Cádiz which was fab. With Portugal 35 mins away it’s great for travel to tavira which was beautiful Wouldn’t recommend this hotel/ resort for British people. I feel we were not made to feel welcome."

"We spent a lovely 2 weeks here in May, as first time guests. The hotel was really impressive, right from the start and didn't disappoint throughout our stay. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, with a great attention to detail. Food was excellent, with a decent selection of gluten free options for my wife. We had a lovely room and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty quiet out of the main season, but there is a little marina just a couple of minutes walk away and there is a good bus service to the nearest town of Ayamonte."

"All the staff are great and very helpfull. They speack French, English, German, Portuguese and others. Rooms are very clean, large and with air condition. Large lobby with reception, bar and relax area. One big pool with two tobogans for kids and one big jacuzi and many sun loungers. The hotel give you free towels for the pool. You also have the beach very near, and the water is hot with small waves. Animation team is 5 stars during all day in the pool and during the night with shows in the theater. Kids club - Delfi, is one of the best for kids with activity's during all day, breakfast with kids and thematic dinner's with the hotel maskot Delfi. Superb breakfast, internacional buffet for lunch and dinner with show cocking. The ALL INCLUSIVE is a great option that includes alcohol drinks. It is recommended for family's with kids."

"This is a fantastic resort, the rooms were great and the staff could not do enough for us. There were 20 of us and no one could fault our stay. Played both courses a total of 5 times( 3 old and 2 links) over 7 days, some of the views are glorious. Take a walk into Ayamonte you will not be disappointed. It’s a bustling harbour town with great tapas. Would definitely recommend."
