PROs 1) Room considered as new and clean 2) Housekeeping team very responsive and quick too (kudos to them) 3) Food choices for breakfast were OK CONs 1) Location was too remote and far from any eateries. 2) View from room was just an eyesore especially the one facing to Metra Square 3) Parking space looked unclean and spooky It is a good hotel but for me I will not book again in the near future (sorry for the sincere comment)

We got much cheaper price via trip.com, compared to walk in. I sat there n booked via trip.com immediately. Thank you trip.com . Hotel did not inform us regarding changes of breakfast place. But we are so happy having breakfast at AMES. Thankyou management for the changes of breakfast place.

A decent hotel and furthermore located at the center of Ayer Keroh. Near to MITC Melaka which is very convenient if you have an event there. Very affordable compared to it's strategic location. Cleanliness can be improved.

I spent a night here after my talk in a nearby hospital. It is located at the business area of Ayer Keroh, which on the contrary, is not very busy. As it is one of the tallest building around, finding the hotel is not difficult. As the title suggest, it is a basic no frills hotel. The lobby is small and well lit. The room is clean and functional. It was well worth for the price. The issue is since it is fairly cheap, the hotel seems to be choice of the rowdy Mainland Chinese tourists. The breakfast was where they displayed their disorderliness.
