"My wife and I have been to this hotel on two occasions and we have been very satisfied on both of them. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean everywhere you go. Our room was perfect for our needs (our priority was the thermal pool experience!) and we were very impressed with their restaurant which works on a buffet system for the clients. The dish offerings were numerous and the quality of the food was excellent! The pool experience was very positive with both an indoor and outdoor section. We used the pool while snow was falling! I highly recommend this hotel! Check on their website to see if there are any special offers which the hotel does fairly frequently."

"Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too"

"Miramonti is a gem where the staff endeavoured to make every guest feel welcomed and looked after, where the rooms were spotless and the dinner fine with great house wine. We ate in the hotel twice it was so good. The pool and spa were spotless and well maintained), We hoped for the same when we checked out and into their 5 star sister hotel Grand Hotel Da Vinci, but it was not a patch . Miramonti is attentive personal care and attention from all the staff, with a special mention to reception and the housekeeping staff. The young restaurant staff were efficient but, unlike the more mature staff member who was very personable, they need to develop their personability as they were a little aloof and off hand. "

Τα δωμάτια είναι απλό αλλά έχουν όλα, το άνετο κρεβάτι. Μένουμε μόνο για μια νύχτα και αυτό που μας άρεσε πολύ είναι ότι έχετε την ευκαιρία να φάτε και να φάτε, αλλά και να κάνετε και μερδανό εκεί: μπορείτε να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητό σας και να μην το αγγίξετε πια για όσο διαμένετε. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Θέλω να επισημάνω ότι υπάρχουν αρκετές χορτοφάγους επιλογές στο μενού."

"We have always been to Abano while we have a child and it is a nice to place to go in winter as all the hotels have big indoor pools that give you the impression of being “at the beach”. This year we wanted to change and opted for Euroterme. What a difference! The hotel is very big, the rooms ok. Staff is overall disinterested in customer care. The food was ok but the self service restaurant is a nightmare. Basically the staff is there just to take used plates away. For the rest they don’t care: no napkins, you have to look for the bread, the water, wine, coffee at breakfast etc etc. All very cheap. The pool is nice but too small for the hotel and they also accept external guests. On Saturday we did not go as it was super full. The beds are limited so you have to leave them while you go for a bath…no relax at all! Cleaning is ok but not wow. Will we go back? No grazie"

"Run away, don't even think about getting a package and then having any problems. The reception staff doesn't even talk to you, and the answer is always the same: "no." The staff is rude, pedantic, and ill-mannered. The only positive aspect that gets a thumbs up is the restaurant, with its extremely kind and attentive staff. The services are average, but they're locked into their own rules, which don't take people's health into account."

"Στο πράσινο.. μακριά από όλα ...no παίρνει το κινητό τηλέφωνο (εκτός από την περιοχή wifi) απλά πρέπει να κλείσετε τα μάτια σας και να "ακούσετε" την σιωπή. Μόνο και αποκλειστικά για τους εραστές της φύσης. Ωραία ανακαίνιση εξαιρετικά δωμάτια. Φάε όσο ήσουν στο σπίτι λίγα πράγματα αλλά καλό πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό. Περάστε από την πλευρά του ποταμού ... περιμένοντας ένα σωρό. Αν δεν κουραστείς, πάρτε το αυτοκίνητο και πηγαίνετε να εξερευνήσετε το όμορφο φυσικό πάρκο των δασών Καστένια. Νέο και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Αν θέλετε να αφαιρέσετε την σπονδυλική στήλη ...lo συνιστάται "
