"I originally booked only one night and thought it was pretty good overall, so I booked another night. However, the room was never cleaned or maintained properly; even basic amenities like bath towels weren't replaced. I simply can't understand this. It looked like a nice hotel, but after checking in, I discovered various problems. The bathroom smelled terrible, and showering caused water to splash all over the bathroom. However, the breakfast was truly commendable and excellent. The hotel also has a restaurant that has been on the Michelin Guide for several years, but it wasn't listed in 2025. We ate there both nights, and I wondered why it wasn't on the list again. The first night, the ingredients were good, and we had a great experience. The second night, we ordered the same pork chop as the first night, but it tasted terrible. It must have been because the ingredients weren't fresh. We asked a waiter, but they just took it away without any apology, just brought the menu and told us to order again. We paid the bill normally, and no one even bothered to say hello, as if nothing had happened. So what do all those award certificates on the walls mean? Forget it, I won't recommend this hotel."

"Even though I wasn’t able to stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Hungary due to the difficult situation in Israel, I felt their kindness and professionalism from afar. The staff were incredibly understanding and supportive during a stressful time, handling everything with empathy and patience. Their willingness to help and accommodate my situation meant a lot to me, and I truly appreciate the exceptional level of service. I hope to visit in the future and experience the hospitality in person—based on their care and communication alone, I’m confident it will be a wonderful stay. Thank you!"
