Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.
"Very good, there are three streams gathered at the entrance of the hotel, and it is not turbid after raining, very cool. The room is quite big and has a balcony with a view. The only thing that cannot be avoided is that there are too many bugs in the mountain, and they fly into the room without paying attention. The public areas of the homestay are also very good. "I really want to recommend this hotel.
First of all, I made several calls to inquire about various situations in Jiuhuang Mountain. The guy at the front desk was very patient and could help me solve every problem. In addition, your luggage can be stored at the entrance of the second ropeway halfway up the mountain. Then you can go for fun without luggage, and then take the second ropeway up the mountain. When it is almost time, call the hotel and the hotel will have a commercial vehicle to pick you up.
Secondly, I booked a tent room. The view from the balcony of the room was particularly good. It was great for taking photos. The bed was huge and the mattress was very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for bathing. The only problem is that you have to climb a small flight of stairs, but I think it's worth it for the terrace view.
Then, at about 9 o'clock, the guy at the front desk called me and said that he saw the weather forecast and said it was going to rain heavily at night. He was afraid that the raindrops would hit the roof of the tent room where we stayed and it would be very noisy and affect our rest. He told us directly. Upgraded to a villa room, which is so considerate. I was really embarrassed to have two rooms cleaned.
Finally, the meal prices in the hotel are relatively reasonable, and the free breakfast is a nine-square grid, which is quite cute.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the sunrise because of the rain. I’ll come back next time with my kids to experience it!"

Our handmade smoked black pork bacon and firewood meals deliver healthy original flavors, presenting an authentic organic slow life. Rich in surrounding scenic spots, it is a great retreat for leisure and vacation.
"I have lived in many homestays, but I didn't expect to live in the virgin forest this time! The room is in the middle of the forest, the layout of pure logs is particularly clean, fresh, and full of negative oxygen ions. After we checked in, we went to the forest, all kinds of wild flowers, precious Chinese medicine, and went to the stream on the side to play in the water. After playing tired, you can watch the mountains, the forests, the clouds, and stand on the balcony to see the clouds and mist change at any time.

However, the service is almost zero. There is a set of bathrobes and bath towels, a set of pillowcases is also prepared, the shower room does not even have a hook, the bathroom is small and can't fit, and there is no plan for power outages. Overall, the environment is top-notch, and the decoration is blood-based. But the service is too bad, not an attitude problem, but a lack of service awareness.
