"This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way."

Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great.
