"The pool was under maintenance recently, and the hotel didn't inform me in advance, even though I specifically booked a poolside room 😭. The environment is still beautiful, but there were quite a few mosquitoes at night."

"We felt like we'd stumbled into paradise. It's a very quiet, secluded spot. We contacted the hotel in advance, and they met us at Naban Pier and also took us back there later. The ladies at the reception were very sweet. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail (margarita) and toffees. They processed our documents in just 3 minutes and handed us the key to a motorbike (which was free for us, included in the room rate). The room was clean, bright, and beautiful. Everything in the minibar was complimentary (the tea was delicious, excellent coffee, chips, nuts, cookies, raisins, drinks). They provide bathrobes, rubber and disposable slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste, cotton swabs, a shower cap, a razor, combs, soap, and shampoo – everything you could possibly need. There’s also an extra beach bag and an umbrella. We booked a room with a bathtub and a sea view. The bathtub was large; two people could easily fit, even with my husband being 1.87m and me not being tiny. The view was stunning. Sunrise in the morning, the sea during the day, and Pattaya's lights at night. There were many lighting options you could turn on in the evening to create a romantic atmosphere. There's also access to a small terrace with very comfortable seating and an ashtray, for anyone who smokes. The mattress and pillows were very soft, and the bed linen was good. There were air fresheners in both the room and the toilet. The main pool is small, but you can spend some time there in the evening. I must especially mention the breakfast. It wasn't just tasty, it was magnificent; everything was fresh. We couldn't eat it all – the portions were huge! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back here ourselves, next time for a whole week."

"The hotel is very close to Naban Pier, and the guesthouse owner will come to pick you up. They'll send you their contact information in advance via Trip.com. When you're about to arrive at the pier, just message them, and they'll tell you where to wait. They also help drop you off at the pier when you leave, which is very convenient. The owner is *********, and several of the staff speak Chinese, while others speak Thai. We were lucky enough to get a sea-view room on the day we arrived, which was quite nice and even suitable for fishing. The overall environment is decent, though the smaller rooms can be a bit cramped. If you can snag a sea-view room, definitely go for it. We were fortunate that day as there was one available for a day, so we took it. Our neighbor also rents out motorbikes, and you can get a slightly cheaper rate if you rent from them."

"It was a nice stay for four nights. The island has sun, beach, restaurants and bars to offer. If you like those then this is your place to go. The hotel was nice, but the bed was really rock hard. Kind and nice staff, they helped us with everything we asked for. You can rent a motorbike for 400 baht per day, and that's including gasoline. All in all we were very satisfied"

"The room was beautiful, and the service and breakfast were great. My only complaint is that the bed was incredibly hard, and so were the pillows – I couldn't sleep at all. Even my partner, who usually prefers firm pillows, couldn't bear it and had to sleep on the window seat. I woke up with a headache and a stiff neck. All three pillows provided were hard. I'd suggest the hotel invest in just one good quality pillow instead. Getting a good night's sleep is crucial for a relaxing trip. I'm quite disappointed because the room itself was lovely, it's a shame. If asked to return, I'd probably hesitate because I really couldn't sleep. I finally drifted off around 5 AM after enduring it all night. The pool also had a bit of dust."

"The service was great! They offer pick-up and drop-off at the pier. Everyone was smiling and friendly, and any issues were resolved quickly. It's only a 3-4 minute ride from the pier. The electric cart is brand new and looks really nice (it's orange). There's also a chubby dog and lots of cats. Breakfast was quite simple... The environment is good, but we usually just went straight to the beach after waking up. The room was a standard size, but the bathroom was particularly large. Overall, I think it was pretty good. There were quite a few small animals (like geckos), but they weren't really a problem."

"Comfortable stay 😊 Nice location, very close to Na Baan pier, reachable by walking distance.. I reached the stay by google map and asked around 😀 since their entrance is quite hidden-- That's the beauty of it, like secret paradise ✨ I came here on my RD of work.. My weekend getaway.. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.. I'm quite needy, hehe I need a certain color for my bed sheet, they provide. I need hairdryer, they provide. I need to rent a motorbike, they provide.. I need hot water, they have it ✨ For breakfast, I surely do eat a lot.. 1 thing, the toilet flush tank is not working properly unless I fill the tank manually.. But other than that, it's a very comfortable and cozy stay 😊 I will definitely come back soon. Since it's only 3 hours away from Bangkok 😁"

"Simply stunning hotel! 😍 We fell in love with it and will definitely recommend it to everyone. The hotel is located near the pier. A golf cart shuttle picks you up and drops you off. All communication was done via WhatsApp, and they responded promptly. Perhaps the only downside (though it wasn't an issue for us) is the lack of a beach or direct water access. However, this maintains the privacy we specifically chose the villa for. Upon check-in, we were given delicious welcome drinks and shown to our villa. The room has a Bluetooth speaker, a complimentary mini-bar, and individual amenity kits. There's also a 500 baht deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The villa itself is incredibly beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I was thrilled! 🥹 If you wake up early, you can witness the best sunrise of your life. We rented a scooter (the orange one in the photo). It looked new and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the phone holder wasn't very secure. The scooter rental cost 400 baht and had to be returned upon check-out. Breakfast was very tasty and substantial, enough for two adults. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; the stay is worth every penny! ❤️"

"The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience."
