"I stayed here for one night to celebrate my birthday, and overall I had a wonderful experience. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff, especially the bell team. They were always available to drive guests around in the buggy, and every interaction was warm, friendly, and genuine. Their hospitality really made my birthday stay even more memorable. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. I found a few strands of hair on the sofa, and the room felt a little humid. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, but everything I tried was tasty and of good quality. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely return."

Dinner was 1,000 baht per set, with four dishes and a pot of rice – a reasonable price considering the hotel's somewhat secluded location. It's perfect for those who don't want to venture out late at night. There's no breakfast buffet; instead, you choose two items from the menu, which is filling enough, though the options are limited. The villa room is spacious and comfortable, with new, soft beds and a private pool. All amenities are provided, and the staff are all very helpful."

"This 273-square-meter pool villa was an absolute steal at 600 RMB per person, including breakfast, for Chinese New Year's Day. The privacy was excellent. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve and stayed through New Year's Day. It was 1200 RMB plus for the room, which included two breakfasts. The hotel boasts Six Senses-level infrastructure combined with a Sheraton-caliber management team. The attention to detail was impeccable, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Bicycles were free, and cycling around the hotel and its surroundings was a true delight. Breakfast was exquisite and filling. The highlight was the lakeside setting, complete with resident wild ducks, dragonflies, and small fish. I spent two hours every day in the lakeside pavilion, soaking up the lazy sunshine – it was incredibly therapeutic. The 273-square-meter pool villa, their most basic room type, was perfect for the two of us. The bed on the second floor felt a bit empty, probably due to the minimal furniture. The outdoor shower area was fantastic, completely open-air and offering a wonderful connection with nature. A 20-minute walk brings you to the nearest 7-Eleven. Just outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there's a small street food night market that pops up daily. While the quality isn't top-notch and can't compare to what you'd find in the city, it's a great alternative to the hotel's dining options. The beach here is very quiet and much more pleasant than the city's. Although it's a bit further south in Hua Hin, the hotel's value for money is simply unbeatable. Even though it's a bit far south in Hua Hin, the value for money at this hotel is exceptional."

"The room was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and had a holiday vibe. The property was quiet and perfect for a restful stay. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We did encounter lots of fire ants in the room on our first night, but the owner and the male staff responded promptly, helped resolve the situation, and kindly moved us to another room. On the second night, there were lots of black ants in the new room as well. While they were not as harmful as the fire ants, it may be worth improving the property’s pest control. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s excellent service and enjoyed our stay. We will come back for sure."

"Beautiful area, lots of trees. I like that there is a terrace in front of the house. There are many photo spots. The room is comfortable and clean. There is a floating restaurant building. But the air conditioner is loud. Overall, it is good to very good. If I have a chance, I will come again."

"We stayed here for our Christmas break and had a great time. We brought our dog, and it was great for her to have the space to walk and run around. The bed is comfortable but not my usual pillow type. The swimming pool is a decent size, but be prepared for it to be very cold as it doesn't get any direct sunlight. The breakfast and food options were good. Decent coffee and a nice bit of seasonal fruit on the side. Staff are really friendly. No extra charge or deposit needed for pets. I love the location, away from the town and it really has that barn/farm type vibe. Hua Hin is about 30 minute drive. I would say you definitely need access to a car if you're staying here. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend to my friends? Yes."
