Amazing staff but shower cubicle let the place down by not draining properly and some sort of leak.

Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can.
Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things

Great apar**ents, very warm and comfortable, great staff, leisure centre and bar stays open until your ready for bed. Good breakfast , didn’t try evening meal as although reasonable priced , a lot of bar restaurants in town.

Me and my friend stayed here 9/3/23 - 13/3/23 and enjoyed our stay There have been some reviews on here stating the hotel is tired, I do not agree. Yes this hotel has seen some years of service it’s by no means poorly kept Could you spent €5m to renovate it?? Sure! But why?? The decor isn’t “traditional” ski as I know it, but I loved it! The breakfast buffet included in the room as ample with lots of choice however we were disappointed to only get waffles available for two mornings :) We used the spa facilities which were clean and very welcome after a day of skiing The rooms clean and sizeable and so warm which is great for drying ski gear Free ski shuttle, a man to help you in the ski room. Everyone speaks good English. Big tick for a budget ski accomodation

We are very happy with our stay, but somewhere in our bathroom was leaking.Our kids went to the game room but there was only a ping-pong table,But on the pictures there were loads of games .The price was good value for money.I went to the spa it was amazing, so was the hot tub.It felt nice after a day of skiing!Overall the service was really good, we might stay next year again!

The room was stinking of smoke when we arrived and the smell never left. The bed was so uncomfortable we both had sore backs after 3 or 4 days. The heating was on constantly so it was far too hot and there was no way to turn it off. I went to the spa and the only thing on was the sauna which didn't get to a great temperature. The pool was freezing, steam room had no water so couldn't use it and the jacuzzi had all the buttons removed so could only be operated when staff were present. The staff were friendly enough and the shuttle to the Gondola and back was a god send as its roughly 10 minutes walk. It was very efficient apart from 1 day the driver had went a drive with his pal and we had a 20 minute wait. Its cheap for a reason, I wouldn't stay here again. Has potential to be a cracking hotel but needs a bit of inves**ent.

The furniture is old. The sofa is very dirty (very very dirty), and broken. The bathroom needs to be refurbished. Water was pouring out of the shower stall onto the floor through gaps in the shower floor. The room had a small kitchen and an oven. The oven was dirty. There were dried-on food scraps. The staff promised to clean it every day. But everything remained the same. There were two TVs in the room. We didn't use them. On the fourth day we found that one TV screen was broken. We were waiting to be charged with a broken TV. But that never happened, thank God. Breakfast is monotonous. The choice of food is very small.

The hotel was lovely. I really couldn’t fault it for the value that I paid. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed. There was a good selection at breakfast which started at 7:30 The spa was very nice too and a great way to recuperate after a day on the slopes. The staff were all very lovely and helpful too. I would certainly return if I go back to Bansko again

Very friendly staff which will help with everything. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola. Plenty of parking. The spa is nice with a few Saunas and a small swimming pool. Breakfast was good as well. we had a room with a living room and an additional sleeping room and a small kitchen for 4 people. מומלץ מאוד. צוות חביב שעוזר בכל מה שצריך.
