"I'd heard for a while that the Hilton Changshu was considered the best Hilton in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region, so I specially brought my girlfriend to check it out this time. We booked an executive room on the 15th floor, which was supposedly recently renovated by the owner. The overall interior design is really impressive; you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The hotel service was also very attentive. The staff called us a day before to connect on WeChat, asking about many details and patiently answering all our questions. We arrived a bit late, so the lounge service was almost over. The swimming pool, however, was a fantastic experience, especially with its partially transparent bottom – very beautiful. Breakfast was also bountiful, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety and good flavors. Overall, the experience was well worth the price. If I come to Changshu again, I'll definitely choose this place."

"The Kunli麗呈華廷 Hotel is conveniently located in the city center with easy access to transportation, and parking for self-driving guests is free during their stay. "I've stayed at Pullman hotels in many cities, and this one has the best service! Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the cleaning ladies, everyone was excellent, making you feel right at home! The front desk manager even sincerely asked for my feedback, which really shows their service-oriented mindset! This time I booked a suite. The toilet in the guest bathroom was broken, but thankfully the master bathroom toilet worked. The light strip in the master bathroom wouldn't turn off at night, and customer service immediately sent a technician up for repairs, which was very efficient! The facilities just need regular maintenance. Then, the only somewhat stiff service was from the pool staff! On the first night, I went to the pool area and let my baby get a towel himself. A female staff member, without even looking up, just told the baby to 'get it yourself' – her attitude wasn't good at all, and she lacked service awareness. Even if she wasn't staff, she would help a child, let alone being a staff member! Then my husband said the male staff at the pool also had a bad attitude and no service awareness. He directly went over to them and, in a very harsh tone, said, 'You need to leave the towel.' We weren't planning to take it anyway and were still showering in the changing room. There's no need to be so blunt; you could politely say, 'Sir, please remember to leave the towel in the changing room after showering,' instead of treating us like criminals! The only thing I felt was that the pool staff's service was poor; everyone else was excellent! It truly has a five-star standard. The only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of the pool staff! The service from the hotel's other staff was truly exceptional! It made up for the shortcomings at the pool. By the way, the pool is beautiful! I'll definitely stay here again! And we even caught Halloween 🎃! The restaurant's decorations were very thoughtful, thumbs up 👍🏻"

"The hotel's exterior environment is very good, and the rooms are generally nice, with clean bath towels. The fitness facilities at the partner venue are quite comprehensive. I rarely write negative reviews, but the service during this stay definitely needs improvement. The hotel can verify all my statements with surveillance footage. I checked in around 7 PM and asked the front desk if there was a gym and how to get there. They told me there was a skywalk on the third floor. I changed into my workout clothes and went there around 7:50 PM, but my key card didn't work. I went back to the front desk, and they said all the new cards they just got were faulty and wouldn't work. So, why did they give me a non-working card when they knew I was going to the gym? I finished my workout around 8:58 PM and shivered my way back to my room through the cold wind on the third floor (it was the rooftop, not the skywalk). Then, both of my key cards wouldn't open the door. I had to go back to the front desk again to get new cards. I hope they can improve their service in the future."

"This villa is perfect for a large family trip, with four bedrooms and comfortable bedding, making it ideal for family gatherings. It's a great place to relax, and parking is conveniently located right outside the villa. The cleanliness could be improved; while the river view from the terrace looks good from afar, up close it's not well-maintained, which is a bit of a letdown. There might be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer, and the hotel doesn't provide mosquito repellent, which would be a useful addition. There are adult bathrobes, but no children's bathrobes. For future improvements, some additional amenities would be beneficial. The entrance hall of the four-bedroom villa is quite empty; an 8-person dining table would fit perfectly. The large terrace would be great for an independent hot spring. The hotel breakfast could also be more varied; when we went at 9 AM, many specialty items were already gone and not refilled. I hope these points can be improved. The staff service wasn't particularly enthusiastic. More personal touches would be appreciated."

The children's playground of Manxinfu is also in the Huajianting next door. There is another Huazhu Club in the scenic area with a better price. Haha, this platter... If you book a calendar room directly, you can upgrade the room, check out late, give souvenirs, and send bird watching coupons.
