We stayed at Xikong, and the front desk staff, both male and female, were incredibly diligent and welcoming – much more attentive and hardworking than the staff at Jibai. They brought us so much afternoon tea, fruit, and drinks every day, we couldn't possibly finish it all! My only regret is the breakfast restaurant. The variety never changed; it was the same selection every single day. It's odd that they can't offer a different menu daily; after three days, we were completely bored of it. Also, the coffee guy at the breakfast spot always pre-made the coffee and let it sit there. When I asked for a fresh, hot one, he seemed quite reluctant. The resort's location is a bit remote, so if the restaurant's food and service were elevated to another level, it would be unbeatable.
