It's also about a 60 minute hike (1.8km) to a great scenic spot called Qixingdun. You can pay more money if you want to stay in one of the top room floors with better views of the village below. One thing that can be improved is the small bathrooms which can be designed better. Also, it can get loud if families are staying because the kids can scream."

"We were a family of three, staying in a family room with two beds. The view was absolutely amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows perfect for watching the sunrise. The courtyard was lovely and cool in the evenings, great for stargazing. Our butler was incredibly warm and attentive, even offering to help with our luggage. The guesthouse is located right in the heart of the scenic area, making it very convenient to visit Kenggen Stone Village. My child loved playing in the stream that runs through the ancient village. Jiugu Yunhuan was also close by, and the terraced fields were simply breathtaking. We also visited Qixingdun. The only regret was not seeing the sunrise, so we'll definitely have to come back again! Parking was easy, with spots right in front and also a dedicated parking lot. What made the trip even more fun was driving on the mountain roads, especially on the way to Qixingdun [grin][grin].
