I stayed at Hyperion Hotel Leipzig during a short trip with a business appointment in the city, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Being directly at the main train station made everything incredibly convenient—arrival, departure, and getting around the city were all effortless. It truly allows for a smooth and efficient stay, especially when time is limited. The hotel itself feels modern, comfortable, and well-organized—exactly what you want when combining business with a bit of city life. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a central, stylish base in Leipzig with maximum convenience.

We've stayed at this hotel several times before. Our room on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the historic town hall. The breakfast was very varied and diverse. We'll definitely come back again and again.

This hotel is very close to the Leipzig main railway station and also convenient for public transportation within the city. It has a great breakfast buffet with even vegetarian and vegan options! The staff is friendly and helpful and if you’re a tourist you are within easy walking distance to many of the famous attractions in the old town, too.

Excellent location, right next to the HBF. Staffs are nice and friendly, the room is clean, but the only downside is that the room is quite stuffy, the air condition is not very breezy even tough I ve turn it to the lowest temperature. The window is also not very good for ventilation, it gets more and more stuffy during the night. And the pillow is way too soft. But overall its a good stay

Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training. I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden which gets a little noisy, like the street. It's hard to describe the location because Leipzig doesn't really have an identifiable center, aside from a small shopping area in another part of the city. It's a bit between old fashioned decent and almost ghetto. There are nearby supermarkets and fast food outlets and event some pubs; one corner of a street on the way to Kaufland was almost lively. Recommended for a likely short stay of 1 or 2 nights in Leipzig. Similar to other options in the city.

Excellent location, great amenities, and an amazing rooftop terrace with views of the Opera House, University, and the Gewandhaus. We were even able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. There's also an underground parking garage (The Post) conveniently located directly beneath the hotel.

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and professional. We had to leave early for our flight the gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

Was stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up. A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit. Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.
