"My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor."

"Went to Thailand for Songkran with friends. After Bangkok, we headed to Pattaya. This hotel we booked is in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk from Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Transportation and dining options are convenient around here. The best part is the front desk lady was very kind and spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. When checking out, I added the owner on WeChat and found out he's from Yunnan! The room was clean and tidy, and you can smoke on the balcony. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"We had a very good stay at The Heritage Pattaya Resort. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Although the location is a bit far from the main town, it actually worked in our favor as it was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing family trip. The breakfast could definitely be improved in terms of variety, but we didn’t have any major issues with what we had—it was decent and satisfying. A special mention to the front desk lady (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) who was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to sort out our rooms and managed to arrange for our family to stay in the same building, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment."

"Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy. We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view. Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future."

"Amber is a 5 star rated stay for sure due to its amazing location, cosy and welcoming environment, quality bed for a gd night sleep. Walking everywhere is a breeze, just outside is Soi Bukkhao, Giant food court & nightlife area, and Central Pattaya & Beach about 7 to 10min walk away. One of the best buffet breakfast I had in Pattaya because of the outdoor seating area overlooking the pool. They also had thai traditional coffee counter making fresh traditional coffee which was very unique and memorable! Will return again for sure!"

"The hotel is located in an alley. There isn't much parking space in front; if it's full, you'll have to park on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel isn't very large, with a pool in the middle surrounded by guest rooms. The staff provide excellent service and are very helpful and accommodating. The room rates are quite affordable and include breakfast, which is either congee or American style. Additional food is available for purchase if you want extra or for a late-night meal. The room itself is a decent size. If you prefer a soft bed, this isn't for you; the bed is quite firm. Some of the built-in furniture in the room is old and showing wear and tear. The bathroom sink was clogged, but the staff fixed it promptly. The water pressure is strong, but I wish they would renovate some parts of the room as they look dated."

"We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in. We booked a sea view suite, and the description on Trip.com stated it would have a 1.8-meter king bed plus a 0.8-meter sofa bed in the living room. However, when we arrived, it was just a regular sofa. The hotel claimed they never had a sofa bed and asked me to provide proof from the vendor (Trip.com) that one was advertised. I showed the front desk the screenshot, and after some negotiation, they provided a complimentary rollaway bed for the living room (originally 1000 THB per night). This whole ordeal took about half an hour. First, the pros: The environment is absolutely amazing. Both balconies offer sea views, and the breeze on the top floor is fantastic – very comfortable to stand out there. The breakfast menu changed slightly every day, and the fried fish cakes were delicious. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, would greet you proactively. This is pretty standard for most hotels in Thailand. Now for the cons: For two people, they would only provide one room key, citing safety concerns. This made getting in and out very inconvenient. Also, if we left the room for a short while, like to go to the pool, the air conditioning would be forcibly cut off. I suspect they only provide one key to save electricity, preventing the AC from running when no one is in the room. The second con is that, possibly because it's on the top floor, the air conditioning was very ineffective. When we first entered, you had to sit directly under the vent to feel any coolness. Both AC units in the living room and bedroom were like this. Thankfully, once we settled down, it wasn't too hot and didn't affect our rest. The third con: On the third day, I woke up to a dead cockroach on the floor. I called room service, but they said they couldn't clean until after 8 AM (I probably made a mistake here and should have called guest services directly). So we left. When we returned that evening, the room had been cleaned, the sheets changed, and the tip I left on the bedside table was gone, but the cockroach carcass was still there. This time, I was smarter and called guest services. 'Dou Bao' (the translator on my phone, I assume) translated that there was a cockroach, and a staff member arrived within a minute with a broom and dustpan to take care of it. That guy was awesome!"

"This hotel has a high Indian occupancy. It's located between Second Road and First Road. There are two buildings for check-in, depending on which room you booked. From First Road, you can access the beach. The older building is closer to First Road, and the newer one is closer to Second Road. I recommend booking a room in the new building. There are songthaews (shared taxis) on Second Road, and a 7-Eleven right across from the Second Road exit. It's a reasonable distance to the two big shopping malls. They took a 1000 baht deposit for the room. Our room faced Soi 6, so it wasn't noisy. Overall, it's pretty decent."

The swimming pool is another standout feature. It’s large, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, providing a perfect tropical escape from the afternoon heat. Service & Hospitality The staff deserves a special mention. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. The front desk team was professional and helped me arrange local transport with ease. The housekeeping was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every single day. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to explore the city or a couple seeking a central base, I highly recommend this hotel. It provides a high-quality stay without the premium price tag of the luxury resorts nearby. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Pattaya!"
