There's a Starbucks downstairs, which is really convenient for grabbing coffee. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. It's located downtown, so transportation is easy. Next time I'm in Houston, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

For the location, you are required to walk across 4 high speed lanes in order to get to the fast food restaurants. Airport shuttle returning to the airport is one of the most important factors for airport hotels. I asked the night before to reserve spots for 5 people to return back to the airport because I need to be picked up by port shuttle at a specific time. I was told by front desk to arrive at the lobby 15 minutes before shuttle arrival. When I arrived at the lobby, there was a long line up with more than 10 people ahead of me. The airport shuttle drop off can ruin the entire hospitality experience. Instead of first come first serve, I am suggesting a sign up sheet indicating number of people and time of pick up. The chaos and stress for airport drop off is unnecessary.

A very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the parking fee of $50 is more expensive. Facilities: good Health: good Good environment good service

The room is spacious, bright, clean and sanitary.

It's an old hotel, so even though it was remodeled, I was worried when I went in. I thought it was because the lobby and reception were ordinary. Oh my goodness, the room was clean and very modern~~~ What was disappointing was the pillow, which I had not seen anywhere else in the world. It was a pillow with a lot of cotton tangled together, but it wasn't uncomfortable. It was even quite comfortable. On the other hand, I wonder if it was clean since even the cotton was washed. I also wanted to haha And since it's an old hotel, even if it's remodeled, the plumbing can't be changed. There probably wasn't one. ㅡ.ㅡ;;;;; I definitely recommend bottled water for brushing your teeth.

There's a large supermarket right outside the door, which made stocking up on food and drinks incredibly convenient. Parking was a breeze, a great standard often found at American hotels. It's also close to all the main attractions and offers excellent value for money.

Has soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and proactively offered assistance. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions about local attractions, even providing a thoughtful local guide card. I immediately felt a strong sense of genuine hospitality. The room I booked was surprisingly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, feeling like I was sinking into a cloud. The soundproofing was excellent; I heard absolutely no outside noise at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep after a long day. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed: a smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an HD TV. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was stable with just the right temperature. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent and felt of good quality. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise! The variety was extensive, with Chinese congee, noodles, Western bread and coffee, fresh fruit, and exquisite desserts – everything you could wish for. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, providing a truly satisfying energy boost. In the evening, sitting on the hotel terrace, enjoying the breeze and the city nightscape with a special drink recommended by the front desk, was incredibly relaxing. The location is also superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. During check-out, the staff even proactively asked about my stay experience, and these thoughtful details made me feel especially welcome. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit!

The facilities are very, very old. The room tastes bad. Hotel location is very good, service is not bad. There is no microwave and some rooms have refrigerators. The pool water quality is average.
