Bonne hôtel pour un tarif bas, c'est très propre ! Par contre voir pour optimiser au mieux les chambres comme le rajout de meubles de rangement et amélioration des menuiseries ( beaucoup de vent s'infiltre dans les chambres , du coup on entend facilement des sifflements lors de léger vent )

Un lieu facile d’accès pour une étape réussie. L’établissement est simple mais bien entretenu, tout est soigneusement géré, chambres, couloirs, lieux d’accueil et de restauration. Sébastien s’occupera de vous avec diligence et avec le sourire; comptez sur lui, il fera tout son possible pour vous faire discrètement passer un moment convivial. I traveled to Normandy to work in the area for 35 days, staying at the Campanile was an enjoyable part of the time in France. The staff were fantastic, everyone welcomed me like family and we all enjoyed the daily French/English lessons. My work schedule only allowed a few opportunities to eat dinner at Le Restaurant but those occasions were fabulous. The petit-dejeuner (breakfast) was always wonderful traditional French fare. Although this is an older motel the housekeeping is very good and my room was always clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other colleagues and I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity.

Campanile may be a simple style of hotel but this one proved to be perfect for our few days in Rouen. Sophie and her team were brilliant! They were so helpful and friendly, keeping us informed of what was going on in the town (a festival celebrating Joan of Arc) and how this affected local transport. (Immediately outside the hotel was a bus stop getting us down to the historic centre in about 15 minutes for 1.70 euros.) Sophie even took a photo in the nearby Carrefour of something we wanted to get for our grandchild! We had breakfast each day and it was plentiful and varied as well as being fresh and of good quality. We ate two evenings in the restaurant and were again very happy with what was on offer and the quality. We would not hesitate to come back both to Rouen and to this hotel.

During our two days stay here we visited the cliffs of Rouen and Etreta. The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful town with a hypermarket just around the corner. I would definitely recommend shopping here if you are going back to the UK. The room was small but clean and nice, everything was fine in the room. No problem! No English channel but this can be solved by using iPad. No online network is very useful. Had dinner where we stayed and we really enjoyed our meal and sat outside in the garden having a few very nice drinks. Did not have breakfast here but tasted a croissant and a cup of coffee at the Paul Cake Shop in the hypermarket. (Very nice) Thanks to the staff who made our stay physically and mentally pleasant.

We didn't have any reservation and book last minutes as we came from UK and planning to go to Paris but we had a flat tyre on the way. The guy at reception (sorry can't remember his name) help us get a joining room as there was no family room available. The room was great, clean, spacious and bed was good too. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Special mention to Astrid at Reception in the morning she was very helpful to call many garages to see if they replace the flat tyre given a lot of garage was already booked nor didn't have the tyre! In all the hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and good.

Hotel muy antiguo, pero no está en mal estado. El lavabo de nuestra habitación estaba un poco atascado y el suelo tenía un poco de polvo y el parking no es demasiado grande. Por lo demás muy bien. Camas limpias, no hay ruido exterior por lo que se descansa bien. Hay microondas, máquina de café y de refrescos en la entrada. También dispone de desayuno tipo buffet.

This hotel is across from the river and not that far from several attractions that are walking distance. This is the second time I've stayed in the hotel for business. The rooms are spacious especially since it's just me in the room. This last time I had a room overlooking a courtyard. The hotel was a bit crowded this time for the summer holidays. They followed covid protocols trying to space people out and using masks/gloves. I still felt things were a little too close together especially for the morning breakfast. Overall the staff was very efficient and helpful.

The hotel was used as part of the Leger trip to Monet’s garden, Versailles, cheese & calvados trip. The area boasts new cycle lanes so the coach cant park outside but stops just over the road, worth taking into consideration as there is no porterage. It was in the middle of renovations when we visited so everywhere was in a bit if disarray but caused us no issues whatsoever. There is a small slow lift so on check in that becomes busy and its tucked in a small corner with little room to stand, so if you can, use the stairs. We had room 306. Rooms, small and basic, bathroom, 2 small towels, thin and not very good quality but adequate and changed every day. No hand towel at all. Hairdryer - ours did not work and I’m not sure if that was just an issue in this particular room but it wasn’t needed so again not an issue. Shower - has a high step up into it and can become quite slippy so care is needed, shower was good and plenty of hot water. Large mirror and small bin Bed was comfortable with extra pillows, good large window which opens fully, good air conditioning which worked really well. Small seat, chair and desk, very small wardrobe with 4 hangers, no drawers, no tea/coffee, no safe or phone. Curtain good quality and blackout. We slept really well No English channel on TV (it said there was a news channel but we couldn’t get it) Breakfast - fresh orange juice, tea, coffee etc Delicious fresh bread to slice yourself, croissants and brioche, selection of jams and yoghurts, fruit and ham. Cheese was a thick wedge and me personally would have preferred slices Bacon, sausage and scrambled egg. Im very choosy about these breakfast staples so did not try these Restaurant/bar. Both excellent. Good choice in the bar and priced averagely. The menu for dinner - opens at 7pm was small but having tried 4 of the dishes i could not fault them, again all under or around €15 Parking plentiful Small outdoor patio area with tables and chairs. Not the prettiest place to sit and could do with some smartening up but to sit, chat and drink it was more than adequate Staff. Super friendly and helpful Really for a small (500ish) room motel it was adequate, quiet and just over the road from the Seine which was a pleasant walk. 15 minute stroll to the cathedral and old town. Excellent bakery around the corner. Carrefour and pizzas I would definitely be happy to stay again
