"I booked this hotel for my parents, who came to visit me. While my parents were out, they asked for room service. The cleaner who attended to their room has stolen all the money from my mom's purse. She had Turkish Lira in her purse and discovered that all the money was gone. We are very disgusted that the hotel has employed workers who are insincere and bad-hearted. The hotel management done nothing to investigate this issue and just told us to report it to the police. We wish we couldv'e had a better stay with this hotel.98"

"The staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. We were taken care of right from the start. Everyone was super friendly. The room and bathroom were very well designed, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the lake. We slept comfortably and very well and the fan was very welcome in the heat. We loved the delicious breakfast in the lovely dining area. We were so impressed with our stay. It was fantastic value. We had stayed overnight for a wedding instead of driving late at night, tired and it made the overall experience really wonderful. Thank you so much and well done to the great team!"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we tried to enter our room only to find that the cleaners were still preparing it, which immediately gave a poor first impression. The check-in process itself was also slow, with over 15 minutes’ wait before we were even attended to. Once we finally got into the room, the temperature was unbearable and made it very uncomfortable to relax. On top of that, the room itself felt extremely dated and in need of serious refurbishment, with visible wear and tear throughout. The issues continued into the next morning. After ordering a cooked breakfast, we were left waiting for over an hour for it to arrive, which is simply unacceptable. There was also no fresh juice available, which added to the disappointing breakfast experience. To make matters worse, we were charged for parking, something that was not advertised at the time of booking, leaving us feeling misled. Overall, this stay fell well below the usual standard we expect from Premier Inn. We have honestly had better experiences at Travelodge, which says a lot. Sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend this property based on our experience."
