The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and their service was very attentive. The hotel lobby is grand and welcoming, and the AC in both the lobby and the guest rooms works perfectly. The housekeeping staff on my floor were very meticulous and provided great service. I even left my phone behind, and a hotel employee kindly helped me retrieve it. I also forgot my earrings and a ring, and the room attendant honestly returned them to me, which is truly commendable. The hotel's exterior is impressive with beautiful rockery, making it a classy and respectable place to host clients."
