"Great location, affordable prices, and excellent facilities. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The staff were super friendly and helpful. "Better than Hilton Garden Inns back home in China. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities are great, especially the huge swimming pool. The restaurant is open all day, and the gym is genuinely spacious. The only minor downside is that the spa is no longer available."

"Stayed in the family room for 13 nights with my husband, with breakfast included. Plenty of space to move around, Very clean. Great aircon 2 in the room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty of options to choose from. Booked a standard room on last day due to late flight. It was a lot smaller only enough room to walk around the bed. Very clean and cosy if your only there to sleep. Water pressure is great. Only downside theres no pool. At $36 a night for family room and $19 a night for standard and $4.50 for breakfast its a fantastic budget option. Will probably stay again. 15mins walk to kuta beach, 10mins to Legion, 15mins walk to Trans studio was great."

"Stayed in the private villa, with own pool which was an amazing experience. Good breakfast buffet, small restaurant. Unfortunately we were told the roof top bar was closed but looked nice from the outside.
Beautiful gardens. The main pool area is on the smaller side, which is not as relevant if staying in a private pool villa. The villa was very spacious with an outside kitchenette and indoor/ outdoor accessible bathroom with large bath tub. Some wear and tear, in line with the age of the hotel but overall clean and looked after.
Location is out of the way a little and not really walking distance to shopping areas or beach, but the hotel did offer a regular free beach shuttle. Most of the road to the hotel is fine, but there is a short part just before the hotel that is rough. The drivers handled it fine.
Overall a pleasant stay."

"Kuta Paradiso is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Kuta. It’s perfectly located in the heart of the area, with plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, and tour operators just a five-minute walk away. There are also several Indian restaurants nearby, which is perfect if you’re looking for vegetarian food. We really appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up — it made our arrival so much easier.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options from different cuisines. While the property feels a bit dated and could benefit from some new furniture and renovations, the staff truly make up for it with their thoughtful service. During our three-day stay, we were treated to a complimentary 30-minute massage and two free buckets of beer, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with a fantastic location and great facilities. It has great potential with they renovate a little"

"A peaceful spot to visit briefly in Bali, this villa offers a quiet retreat with its unique charm. The location is convenient, surrounded by many stores when you go out. The ground staff are very helpful, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Though an older villa, it still embodies the tranquility of Balinese harmony. A one-week stay here is wonderful, but remember that mosquitoes are present in Bali. It's advisable to ask for a spray and bring mosquito lotion for your visit."

"Stayed at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali recently and honestly had a really nice experience.
The service here is what stood out first — the staff are genuinely warm and helpful, not in a forced hotel way but in a very natural, Balinese hospitality kind of way. Check-in was smooth and throughout the stay everyone was attentive and friendly.
We booked a pool access room and I’d highly recommend doing that if you can. Being able to step straight from the room into the pool made it feel a bit more private and relaxing, especially in the mornings or late afternoon.
The room itself was spacious with a big comfy bed, and the minibar being refilled daily (included) was a great bonus that you don’t always get elsewhere.
Breakfast was another highlight — lots of variety, good quality food, and enough options that it didn’t feel repetitive even after a few days.
Overall, really solid stay. Comfortable, great service, and good value for what you get. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."

"We (myself, my husband, daughter, son, brothers, sister in laws and nieces) made Grand Ixora our family home while adventuring in Kuta for 10 nights and more. We loved everything about this very cosy, comfortable and beautiful hotel. From morning to night every single day, we were greeted with friendly smiles from every area of the hotel - from the restaurant staff to the reception staff to the pool and bar staff to the parking and security staff to the room cleaning and gardening staff. The food at breakfast buffet was varied and very yummy. The room was super clean and aircond was super cold at its minimum setting. The pool (and its lush gardens) is a nice place to relax in the morning or after a day out, complete, with balinese music and calming waterfall feature in the background. Location wise, it was central to our shopping and entertainment needs. Close within walking distance to 3 different malls, to massage and beauty places, to street shops, to 2 different padel courts, to countless restaurants and bars, to Waterbom Park, to airport. Overall, we are very happy with our family stay here, and we will definitely be back many times again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Grand Ixora! 🙂💕"

"Overall is a good stay for the bargain price I received from Trip.
the people at the hotel was good, not as much with the restaurant in the rooftop at the beginning of, perhaps they just think I would run off without paying. :-) they are fine eventually when they saw I regularly there in the afternoon to chill with a coffee.
Best part is the rooftop garden, though food better at the front restaurant. Worst part is the room has no window, for someone like me it feels like I had been into an underground bunker with wonderful place to sleep.
The alleyway smells of smoke of cigarette, I guess some people insisted to smoke in the corridor eventhoug it said no smoking floor.
the water was not hot or the heater didn't work the first night I was there, although it then work.
over all, great place to rest at night or when you are tired as you definitely not able to hear anything as the door closed, but the rooftop is extraordinaire for sunset and afternoon chiils and the life music in the front restaurant were amazing."

GGuest UserThe Ayodya is very large Balinese style hotel in a perfect location on a beautiful beach. It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

GGuest UserWe will never stay with the Stones again as we paid the upgrade for the premium stones suite that was close to $5,000 Australian. apparently this was the best room with roof top pool and nothing better! We were expecting absolute amazing wow factor especially after bragging to the kids how amazing it was going to be. Were were 2 adults 2 children kids had to sleep on couch and a single bed in the lounge no where to put their clothes so had to live out of suitcase room only had 1 toilet they knew we were bringing out kids and never advised of this situation as when we were previously there a couple of months prior on our own without the kids. were weren’t able to sight the room then as it was occupied! Or would have never didn’t the extra $2500.
This was just the start of our terrible experience. The roof top pool had live wires hanging out and detached from pool light all together didn’t work, which they sent some one to fix it but didn’t was still hanging off. Kids couldn’t use the pool at all. them had to come back and redo it as only had used zip ties to keep it together, the tiles around the apartment were dirty, the door to bathroom was jammed and was hard to open and close when they fixed this the floor was left in a mess with plaster all over the floor and a Stanley knife left behind on the floor when we gave young kids. We also mention one of the buttons in the lift was all pushed in with also live wires (dangerous) the showers and taps only trickled with water noooo pressure at all untill plumber came to fix it! After numerous times of telling then the staircase was old and frail and hanging by old rusted screws and that it was dangerous as not secure. They done nothing about it untill my husband held onto ramp one night coming downstairs and the ramp completely snapped off and he fell down the stairs they had their medical team look over him which luckily was on minor ankle sprain. We no longer could use the pool as was under construction. After continuous complaints to the managers down stairs we spoke to about 5 different ones we demanded a full refund and to move hotel only to be offered a refund only on the $2500 which was the upgrade amount and stay in the same room. Also that the refund would have to take 1-2 months when we had paid on the spot. After only after more complaints and stating we were not leaving without the refund they sent it thru the day we got back to Australia. We also were offered airport transfer when we left! As a major 5 star hotel you would think they would be a lot more accommodating to us and or offer a complimentary drink or dinner or lunch or anything? We were spending $500 roughly at the hotel down stairs by the bar for food and drinks every couple of days also. We then decided to not even use hotel at all and just to sleep! What a waste of money and totally false advertising! Do not pay or stay in this room if your expectation ultimate luxury because it was definitely not! We are world travelers , from koi Samui, Maldives Thailand Bali 15 times at least and also in Europe, Portugal Spain and many more country’s and have never once been treated like this!

VvanillamilkshakeI have many good things to say about this hotel but I must say that no other hotel beats their hospitality and warmness.
On the day we arrived, we were paused from moving to listen to the manager’s introduction of the hotel and what to do if a certain situation arises. Ultimately, the briefing the manager gave us showcased the highest level of care, security, and sincerity which really made us feel at home despite staying here for 3 nights. Since there was renovation works being completed beside the hotel, we were given complimentary breakfast and a 60 minute massage. Without fail, the breakfast always appeared on our table at the timing we wanted and it is always absolutely scrumptious.
During our stay, we had troubled the staff a lot - mostly because we were afraid of some small flies and occasionally bees but there was a time a spider just suddenly appeared and we went to find the staff. The moment I told the staff about this while my girlfriend was hiding underneath the bedsheets, the staff (and i’m not joking) literally jumped off his seat and ran to get his equipment and ran to the Villa we were staying at. Within 5 minutes, the spider was sent to heaven and we got to have, yet another lovely night’s rest. By the way, this was at 10:30pm and it did not even caused any trouble to the staff - the staff even made sure to spray some pesticide at dark corners and possible areas bugs may hide/nest. I’m not saying this hotel is infested with bugs, but since we are living on an island, a tropical one, there’s bound to be some. For those worried about bugs the common ones are just lizards and they are a safe signal as they are proof that all the bugs have already been eaten by them.
On our last night, we went to get a spa and after the spa, we paid 700,000 IDR for 2 people for 90 minutes, directly to the massage therapists. On the way down the stairs, I could hear the staff running to us and making sure if we had paid yet or not. At first I was puzzled, but seeing the worried look and sweaty face of the staff made me realise something wasn’t right. We informed her we had paid 700,000 IDR already and she told us there is a 50% discount (-350,000IDR) that should have been given. After this, she immediately ran up to the rooftop from the 1st floor to get the refund back from the massage therapists. After that, we were so touched we tipped her and continued off to get a good night’s rest. On the day we checked out, our laundry may not have arrived on time, but thanks to the hotel they rushed it and ensured it was washed, dried, ironed, and delivered to our doorstep 3 hours before we checked out.
In a nutshell, please come to this hotel/villa if you are playing near Jimbaran - such as the Jimbaran Beach for a nice lovely dinner which we went for or to the Uluwatu Cliff to take nice pictures on the beachside or enjoy a wonderful meal on the cliffside at Malini. I hope this review helps!

The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and overall it was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately stood out. The resort has a calm and relaxing vibe, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Whether it was walking through the gardens or just sitting by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well maintained.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. The team was consistently friendly, polite, and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with any request and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank Desak, Aditya, Susanti, and Mastra for assisting me during my stay. Their kindness and support truly made a difference and left a lasting impression.
Cleanliness was also excellent. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well taken care of, and the common areas were kept in great condition. It is clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a high standard, which I really appreciated.
If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the availability of halal food options. While there were some choices, having a wider variety or clearer options would make the stay even better, especially for Muslim guests.
Overall, everything else was very good. The facilities, the environment, and the service all came together to create a memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

GGuest UserOur entire experience at this villa was absolutely excellent. Probably the best stay we’ve ever had in Bali.
The villa itself is very clean and has everything you need. What I especially appreciated is that the team prepared almost everything we requested in advance for our child - a high chair, a baby cot, and other small things we needed while traveling with a toddler. It was thoughtful, genuinely helpful, and made our stay much easier.
The location is also truly great. It’s max a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to go every day. There are also several convenience stores nearby, even closer than the beach (around 3mins by walking), so it’s easy to grab anything you might need.
The staff is probably the best part of the entire villa! Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything. Our breakfast was included for 4 ppl, and every day we needed one breakfast adjusted to be suitable for our child. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, they organized it for us daily - huge thanks for that!
Another thing that impressed us: we arrived around 8–9 AM, but check-in officially starts at 1 PM. After a long flight with a small child, we really needed somewhere to wait comfortably and they have a dedicated waiting room for this. It’s not just a basic room; it’s actually very good, with a bed, a toilet, and everything a family with a child might need. It helped us a lot! The same happened on departure day: checkout was at 12 PM and our flight was at 6 PM, and they let us use that room again for free. We’re very grateful for that!
The chef (unfortunately I didn’t meet him personally) cooks really delicious food both for adults and for kids. The meals were so good that most of the time we ordered food directly from the villa instead of eating elsewhere. There’s enough variety to match different tastes, and you can easily rely on the villa’s food throughout your stay.
I also saw some older reviews mentioning mosquitoes. I don’t know what it was like before, but during our stay they brought mosquito repellent solutions every single day without exception and it really worked. We never had any mosquito issues at all, not even our child.
If I had only two small suggestions for improvement (and they were not a problem for us at all):
1 - It could be nice to have communication via WhatsApp. Of course you can call or walk to the front desk in seconds, but WhatsApp would be more convenient for some guests.
2 - A couple of times we asked for the villa to be cleaned in about 30 minutes, were told yes, but the team came closer to an hour later. I assume it was because housekeeping was busy with other villas which is totally understandable but it would be helpful to know in advance if there will be a delay. This happened only twice and never became an issue for us.
Overall, this villa is amazing the place is great, the people are genuinely kind, and the entire experience was the best we’ve had in Bali. When we come back, we’ll be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location. Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception.

Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception.
3. Room Quality & Comfort
The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting.

Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping.

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing.
Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。
設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍
食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away.
Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day.
Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water.
I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!
