"I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff on the other side assisted me well even after I asked for a room change. I am not pretty sure of his name, but it was Aldrich, Aldrick? Whatever, the one who assisted me with my luggage during check-in was sooooooo nice; he silently assisted me even during the transfer. A huge thumbs up. However, the staff in the pool was quite rude; he's a bit impatient, and some of the front desk staff are lacking in unity/endorsement. I repeated myself several times to just simply assist my mother. I told them several times that she already registered as my companion, yet one of them told her that the visitor isn't allowed. Even one of them wrote something on the paper; what is it for? Yet in the end, I got disturbed in my work, and my mother even got more confused lol. Aside from that, I requested extra toiletries and coffee, but it takes an hour to arrive; in fact, it didn't arrive at all. Instead, I just approached the housekeeping in the hallway for it. The hotel was good, but the staff, especially the front desk staff, didn't pay attention to their guests' requests or instructions. Only that kind concierge/bellman that helped me during the check-in with my luggage left a good impression when it comes to the staff of this hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located in front of White Beach, and D'Mall is also nearby. I chose this hotel because I wanted to use the Sky Pool. The first room we were assigned was on the 1st floor, next to the adjacent building (Room 109). There was a bamboo hedge that provided some privacy, but staff frequently walked past it, making it feel unsettling. So, I requested a room change. The next room was on the top floor, Room 505, which was bright, but had a view of a neighboring ruin... Rooms in the cheaper categories are just like this. The staff are kind and always greet you. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast varied slightly each day, which was nice. I enjoyed drinks at the pool bar in the Sky Pool from midday. However, I'd recommend merely enjoying the view of the sea at Station 2. If you want to enjoy swimming in the sea, it's better to choose a hotel in Station 1."

"Facilities: The room was quite small and didn't have a smart toilet. The lighting was insufficient, making the room very dim at night. Apart from one elevator spot, getting around mostly involved stairs. Upon arrival, the small entrance and stairs were quite a surprise. Seeing the staff constantly hauling luggage, it must be exhausting. Environment: The glass sea outside the hotel is beautiful, and the infinity pool offers excellent views. Cleanliness: The breakfast tables were sticky – it felt like they hadn't been properly wiped after the previous use. The flat white I ordered at the bar often came with dirty stains on the rim where you drink, yet the cups by the coffee machine inside were perfectly clean. Breakfast: Previous reviews raved about the coffee, but it tasted no different from machine-made. Even the most basic items like bread, pastries, and hash browns were unappetizing, which was disappointing. Service: The service was absolutely five-star. This was the best part of the stay, besides the scenery. When my child accidentally fell, the front desk staff immediately came to help, called for medical assistance, and periodically checked on us. I'm incredibly grateful for their thoughtfulness. Every staff member we encountered greeted us, making us feel genuinely welcome. The staff by the pool and at the beach chairs were always prompt in changing towels, tidying chairs, enthusiastically providing ice water, and even offered small drinks and snacks from time to time. Truly excellent. Suggestions: Since reviews for all the top hotels on the island varied, I hesitated for a long time about which one to choose. In the end, I decided to try a few different hotels to experience different styles, so I only booked one night at Lind. I had just checked in that afternoon and was enjoying the welcome drink, only to find a note on the bed that evening saying goodbye and reminding me of the check-out time. This felt very strange – hadn't I just been welcomed? The night wasn't even over yet. Also, before my arrival, I kept receiving emails requesting information, but after providing it, there was no synchronized reply or follow-up. Then, I would receive another email asking for the same information again. This aspect was quite disorganized and I hope it can be improved."

"We loved our 5-night stay at Henann Garden Resort. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Room with a bathtub, which we really enjoyed. The resort has four swimming pools, and we had fun swimming from one pool to another.We also had a whole-body massage in our room at an affordable price, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was ok and the choices for Muslim guests were quite limited. There was also a fire show every night, which added to the holiday atmosphere. The resort has very easy access to the beachfront, including beach lounge chairs facing the sea. It is only a few minutes’ walk to D’Mall, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and laundry services nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again."

"It was an amazing place - best kept secret at station 3 It’s not in a smack where the chaos are. But it’s few mins by foot or by e-trycle to station 2 and 1. Room are spacious and the staff are super friendly. The only suggestion I have is that the beach reclining chair are not fully reclining horrible for sunbathing. Communal toilet near the reception is not regularly clean. Would be great if the restaurant is serving lunch and cocktails during sunset time. Unfortunately it only serves breakfast"

"One of the best hotels on the island. A luxurious Presidential Suite with its own pool. The bed was very dry, and the staff cleaned it several times a day, turned it down, and thoughtfully placed a bottle of water and cookies for evening tea on the nightstands. The breakfasts were beyond praise – everything was à la carte, you order it, and it was personally prepared for you. They also brought a basket with hot bread, ham, cheese, and fruit. Everything was very personal – each guest was greeted by name, which was a great touch! The only downside was the sea – it was blooming and green during our stay. But I will definitely return here, as the atmosphere here is completely relaxing and private!"

"We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a small private area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach was amazing too. The only negative aspect we noticed was that during breakfast, a couple of guests came into the restaurant wearing swimwear and bikinis, and the restaurant staff did not say anything to them. It didn’t feel hygienic when they chose food while undressed and then sat down at the table."

"Everything was great – the decor is new, and the staff were all professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with three different cuisines: Southeast Asian, European/American, and Chinese (they even had congee and pickled vegetables!). Finally, I lost my sunglasses, and the checkout staff found them and brought them down to me. I was in such a rush when I left that I didn't tip, and I've regretted it ever since. It was a young man who helped me."
