"My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor."

"Facilities: The room has a refrigerator and a cabinet where you can lay down your suitcase, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is actually good, but it's hard to avoid bugs in the tropics. On my first night, I found a super big bug I'd never seen before. Environment: It's an 8-minute walk to Terminal 21, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there's a laundry room a two-minute walk away. Service: The service in the land of smiles is excellent. I left my room key in the room, and they gave me a new one. They also offer luggage storage, and there's a luggage scale on the first floor. I was so careless and left four hangers there, all brought back from Japan. I'm gutted!"

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I recently spent four nights at the Baron Beach Hotel in Pattaya, and it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations for a mid-range hotel. Unbeatable Location The absolute highlight of this hotel is its location. Situated on Beach Road (Soi 9), it sits right in the heart of the action. Central Festival Mall is just a 2-minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and bustling streets, the hotel remains surprisingly peaceful once you step inside. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with a touch of local Thai decor. I stayed in a Superior Room which featured: • A very comfortable king-sized bed. • Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (essential for my remote work). • A private balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It’s large, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, providing a perfect tropical escape from the afternoon heat. Service & Hospitality The staff deserves a special mention. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. The front desk team was professional and helped me arrange local transport with ease. The housekeeping was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every single day. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to explore the city or a couple seeking a central base, I highly recommend this hotel. It provides a high-quality stay without the premium price tag of the luxury resorts nearby. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Pattaya!"

"Every time I walk into the hotel, it smells lovely, which instantly lifts my mood. The environment is great, right on a main road, and it has a pool and gym. The pool isn't crowded and isn't too sunny. There's a wonderful lady at the lobby who always opens the door for us with a smile, whether we're coming or going. The room is fantastic too! It has everything you could need, including a microwave and cutlery, and the bed is so soft. I honestly didn't want to leave. 🥹🥹 The only minor drawback is that housekeeping didn't come very often, and they didn't restock the toilet paper, so we ended up using our own. Despite that, I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I'm in Pattaya! The seafood buffet next to the hotel was just okay, and there were a lot of hidden costs. I highly recommend the steakhouse diagonally opposite the hotel! It's delicious and very affordable. Plus, the biggest 7-Eleven in Pattaya is also across the street. Love it, love it!"

"Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy. We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view. Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future."
