The room was very clean, and the housekeeper who cleaned during our extended stay was very thoughtful, always replenishing water and toilet paper on time. The location is also quite good, with many delicious food options nearby and a lively atmosphere. It's also easy to get a taxi. I went based on the reviews and was not disappointed~

The loft-style apartment rooms are cozy and well-equipped. We were very grateful for the east-facing room with its fantastic views. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning, offering an unforgettable scenic experience. The gym facilities also surpass 90% of hotels in Beijing at a similar price point, meeting the professional needs of fitness enthusiasts. Enjoying a custom cocktail at the bar on the first floor in the evening was a delightful experience. Overall, the stay offers great value for money and meets high-end hotel standards.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable, welcome, and truly cared for. The service is outstanding, and you can really feel how much effort the team puts into making every guest’s experience special. I especially appreciated all the lovely little touches — the delicious late-night porridge, fresh fruit, and thoughtful gifts. These small gestures make such a big difference and create a wonderful feeling of genuine hospitality. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing! I slept beautifully. The only small inconvenience for me, as a European guest, was the bed being placed on a raised platform with steps immediately beside it. We are more accustomed to getting out of bed directly onto a flat floor, so this layout took a little getting used to, especially at night. However, I understand that this is part of the Asian-style design and it certainly did not spoil my overall experience. The hotel grounds are also beautiful, well maintained, and full of charm. Every detail reflects the care and dedication of the people who work here. A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful hospitality. I was very satisfied with my hotel room. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby. It's also very close to Guomao China Zun, which is a very upscale area. I particularly liked the building. The hotel even has an e-sports room for entertainment, and the lobby is always wonderfully cool. The staff were excellent; they helped us with a taxi and quickly resolved any issues with our room. On the second floor, you'll find a beautiful Jiangxi restaurant. The food is a bit spicy, but the taste is absolutely amazing. This is definitely a place I'd come back to. I'll be returning! I love how welcoming and hospitable the people are, the convenient transportation, and the excellent facilities.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. Customer service was prompt and efficient in resolving issues. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel's location is superb, and the bar's drinks and food are excellent; the beer and live band were also top-notch. The fitness facilities, environment, and classes were exceptional and unforgettable. For guests arriving by car, it would be great if a few hours of daily parking fees could be waived, but if not, dedicated parking spaces would still be a welcome addition.

The room features a smart home system and the environment is excellent. Front desk staff member #3 provided satisfying service and helped upgrade our room type. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light. I highly recommend staying here. The staff even helped us with our luggage even after we had checked out.

I had an early morning flight the next day, so I decided to stay overnight in advance. I initially booked a twin room because it was cheaper, but upon arrival, the front desk upgraded me to a king room for free. The room was clean and quiet. In the evening, I bought pies and cold dishes from the courtyard to eat, which was very convenient. If you have a larger group, the restaurant also offers stir-fried dishes. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

The facilities were relatively new, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive; any issues I had were addressed promptly by the front desk, and luggage storage was secure. Most of the fourth floor was occupied by female guests, creating a quiet and safe atmosphere. The common areas were well-maintained. It's a great place for short business trips and offers good value for money. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and has everything you need – bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, soap, etc. Upon request, they provided an ironing board and iron for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping is daily. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. You can also have dinner at the restaurant, which offers both European and local menus. There are two metro stations within a 10-minute walk.

Opting for the New Otani Chang Fu Gong for my Beijing trip was a great choice; the overall stay was consistently excellent and thoughtful, truly reflecting the quality of a seasoned high-end hotel. Coming back after a day of sightseeing to these delightful surprises was incredibly heartwarming. The breakfast was of a high standard, with a rich variety of choices, and a distinct Japanese flair. The tender omelets, crispy capelin, and exquisite Japanese pastries were all authentically prepared. At the same time, Chinese and Western hot dishes, breads, congees, cold cuts, and braised meats were all available, catering to different tastes. The view from the breakfast restaurant was a particular highlight. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you could see a serene courtyard: a neatly trimmed lawn, a rock garden pond, and even white geese leisurely strolling about. The garden scenery was elegant and comfortable. Enjoying breakfast while taking in the view really helped me slow down and relax. The guest room was clean and spacious, with a well-organized layout and good natural light, making for a relaxed and unconfined stay. The overall service was on point, and the breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for accommodation in Beijing.
