The room was spacious, clean, and refreshing, with a great environment. The location was also easy to find, and the service was very attentive. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free! No exaggeration, this is the best and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a particularly wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing. This is my second stay at Orange Hotel Crystal in Sanlitun, and it's still a perfect experience! ✨ It's my second time staying here, and the quality hasn't dropped at all. The location is superb, within walking distance to Taikoo Li. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with excellent soundproofing, providing a peaceful resting space right in a vibrant commercial area. The room is fully equipped with smart facilities, impeccably clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The toiletries are also high-quality. The front desk service is efficient and attentive, responding promptly without being intrusive – just the right amount of helpfulness. Whether for a business trip or a shopping getaway, this is my top choice in Sanlitun. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport, especially Terminal 2. The pickup service was excellent; we only waited about ten minutes at most after calling, and sometimes the car arrived even faster. Highly recommended! The hotel's facilities are also very good. You can order takeout, and the front desk accepts package deliveries. Everyone's service attitude was great, and the bed, duvet, and pillows were all very comfortable. The shower system was good too.

A delightful surprise was the complimentary Hanfu experience. There's a good selection of styles, and being able to dress up for photos while exploring added a lot of fun to the trip. Ordering takeout was also very convenient; hotel staff delivered it directly to our room, which felt safe and easy, eliminating the need to go downstairs to pick it up – a really thoughtful touch for tourists. The front desk staff were wonderfully patient and gentle, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. They were always responsive to any questions, providing attentive and thorough service. Our room was clean and quiet, offering a truly relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing. Whether it's for exploring, dining, or experiencing the Hanfu unique feature, this hotel is a perfect fit. Considering its location, service, and special experiences, it offers excellent value for money. It's a top choice for anyone visiting Beijing, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

True Go (Qiugo Hotel Sanlitun) is one of the most convenient and super-clean hotels I have ever stayed at in Beijing. It is located 6 minutes walk away from Tuanjiehu subway station, a few meters away from high-end bars, cafes, and bakeries, and less than 3 minutes walk away from Sanlitun Soho and T+ Mall. These are connected shopping malls where restaurants and beverage stores are located. If you want to go to Taikoo Li (which is near too!), just cross the road once you arrive at T+ Mall. It is located opposite. So convenient, no? I never feel bored here. The bars in front of the hotel are open till late. There are many young people here. If you explore Taikoo Li, please buy Tosummer, a Chinese niche perfumes. Their scent is beautiful. The hotel customer service is good, you need to know Mandarin to use the smart system, and the hotel provides free fizzy drinks and water. There is a small gym room on the ground floor, next to the ironing and laundry room. No netflix. Wifi is available but you might not be able to use it at all even with vpn. Turn off the windows if your room faces the hotpot and the love motel. Ps: order the room with a bathtub! 😭🫶

The hotel's location is convenient, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's not far from CCTV Tower, China World Trade Center, Sanlitun, and even Pop Mart Land, making it easy to get around by subway or taxi. The rooms are quiet, and the delivery robot brings food right to your door. The staff are also incredibly friendly and polite; they always greet you when you see them. They were very patient and helpful when we wanted to view the room beforehand, and there's always someone at the lobby entrance to help open the door. All in all, it exceeded my expectations! Thumbs up!

This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station, away from the noise of main roads. The signage, dining, and decor meet international guest standards. The rooms are compact but fully functional. Alcohol wipes are provided to sanitize the toilet seat. The shower stall is space-efficient, with a dry-wet curtain that separates the areas while also ensuring privacy. Lighting controls are user-friendly, though the actual room temperature was slightly higher than what the AC display showed. The minibar offered a good selection of soft drinks, but I couldn't find the usual instant coffee and tea bags, perhaps encouraging guests to visit the unique lobby bar on the first floor. The scent in both the room and public areas was pleasant, and soft background music played during breakfast. This hotel offers excellent value for money and was perfect for my solo business trip. While there are billiards and game machines in the lobby, I didn't have time to enjoy them. If the price remains affordable, this will be my top choice for business trips to Beijing. It's incredibly convenient for both the Airport Express and subway, and the surrounding area is upscale and peaceful.
