Room: Very new and comfortable, excellent! Environment: Great, very clean, and surrounded by a ton of affordable and convenient supermarkets and snack shops. Shuttle Service: Excellent, wake-up calls, and timely pick-up/drop-off, no need to worry! Service: Fantastic, both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were very enthusiastic! Overall, I think it surpasses a four-star hotel. I highly recommend it in every aspect! 👍👍 They even gave a small gift upon checkout, the animals in the courtyard are adorable, and you can see planes flying overhead. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the entrance is a bit narrow, but it's nothing major!

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. This is my top choice for a hotel when transiting through Beijing Capital Airport. Unbeatable value for money.

It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner.

This room was at the very end of the hallway. Even though it didn't have a window, the room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and recommended some excellent nearby restaurants.

The airport transfer service was very convenient. Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived very late, a car was promptly arranged to pick me up. When I left, I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, and they were very proactive in helping me resolve the issue. The staff were all very enthusiastic.

Two years later, I'm back at the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. It wasn't until I saw the airplane model in the lobby that it clicked: Donghai Airlines, The Langham Shenzhen, and Cordis Donghai are all under the same ownership. No wonder they share the same prefix! Of course, as a guest, the owner might not be the most important thing; it's the management company and their level of professionalism that truly matters. The Cordis brand ensures that the management and service here will never disappoint. It's the same friendly atmosphere, warm service, and exquisite food. I was particularly impressed by the staff I encountered in departments like the Front Office, Concierge, Ming Court, and The Place all-day dining restaurant. A special thank you to Front Office Manager Serena, Front Desk Manager Jessie, Duty Manager Lock, Assistant Director of F&B Tom, Ming Court Manager Terry, and The Place Restaurant Manager Anson, among others. Their dedication and guest-first approach truly made me feel the warmth and professionalism of Cordis. Cordis Donghai is definitely worth another visit!

The hotel I chose for my girlfriend, the experience was directly full! The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night was particularly stable. The front desk service is gentle and meticulous, the check-in is fast, and the surrounding travel is very convenient. The atmosphere is super suitable for couples dating, the details are intimate, and the next trip will be preferred here ～

Chose because of the transfer and price.Looks a bit worn out. Had to wait for the next available transfer because while the manager gave me info the car already left.But I get there so it is fine.A couple of cafes nearby and a small shop where you can buy snacks.No fridge in my room but I didn't needed it anyway. Smoke smell in the vent.But for the price it is fine.

Overall, for this price in Beijing, it's a really good deal. The bedding and cleanliness are also excellent, making it highly recommendable. The only downside is the shower pressure is too low, and the water flow is tiny, which makes showering a bit of a hassle. Sometimes it's also hard to adjust the hot and cold water.
