I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night during a layover in Beijing. Here’s what I want to say: if you’re flying with a layover and need a place to stay overnight, this is the place to go! The hotel is located just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. Guests can arrange a transfer service that picks them up at the airport and takes them back the next morning. I arrived at 6 PM and contacted the hotel from the airport—this service is completely free if you book through Trip.com (a huge thank you to that wonderful service!). A hotel representative explained exactly where to catch the shuttle in excellent English. Thanks to the clear instructions, finding the shuttle bus stop was easy. As I mentioned, the hotel is a short 10–15 minute drive away. Nearby, there are other transit hotels, as well as cafes, convenience stores, and massage parlors—basically everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The service and staff are excellent. The food selection is fantastic! My room rate included not only breakfast (a very varied buffet) but also dinner (soup, rice with vegetables and meat, and pasta with vegetables)—everything was delicious. There is an enclosure with live llamas in the hotel courtyard—a unique and charming touch—with tables nearby where you can have coffee or a cigarette. There is also a free coffee machine near the reception area. My room was spacious and equipped with absolutely everything I needed, plus a complimentary gift from the hotel—a really nice touch. After spending the night in this wonderful place, I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff who maintain such high standards of service and a lovely atmosphere. This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. I’ve attached a few photos I took during my visit. A special note for families with children: you would be hard-pressed to find a better airport hotel. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, only to be told my room wasn't ready. It took about 20 minutes for them to clean it. Because of the delay, the duty manager that day offered me a complimentary breakfast. I saw a sign for the gym when I entered the elevator, but when I got to the floor, there was only one treadmill and one exercise bike. They shouldn't call that a 'gym'; it's just 'fitness facilities' or 'fitness equipment.' The projector in the room was a bit laggy when trying to cast from my phone, so I didn't bother using it much. If you want to use the built-in software, you need an Aurora TV membership. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the fried rice made in the steamer was delicious.

Awsome, elegant modern hotely, very convenient to reach. Attentive staff, fresh spatious clean rooms that are very well arranged. Enjoyed the bath. Courtesy Shuttle Bus to the hotel from Gate 5 of Beijing Capital is very convenient. A big thank you to the kind hotel staff and trip.com for making my 16hour a pleasant experience. Highly reccommended.

Long drive from the airport. Punctual free shuttle bus to airport. Weak A/C. Supposed to be a refurbished new wing of the hotel where the pool and gym located. Avoid this wing during summer. Dark foyers with thick carpet, same applies for the room! Booked a room with wooden floor, was assigned a room in this ”new wing” with a full carpet, that smelled and gave a dusty air. Requested to change the room immediately to the type of room according to our booking. We were given a room in the ”older” wing that was bright with minimum carpet on the corridors and in the room too. Know what you booked and stick to it if you have dust allergy. Really polite and efficient front desk staff!

Stayed at this hotel again, and the service was just as excellent as before. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the airport shuttle service was efficient. This hotel is highly recommended, especially for business travelers or those with layovers!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, using an 8-seater business van. The driver was very kind and helped with luggage. It only took about fifteen minutes to get to the airport, so there was no rush at all for our flight. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and once the doors and windows were closed, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with a homely taste. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, making it easy to buy water and snacks, so the location is excellent. The self-service laundry room is equipped with a dryer and an iron, which was super practical for long trips, allowing us to wash, dry, and iron our clothes promptly. Overall, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover.

The room was generally clean and beautiful, and the hotel felt very new. There was a lovely fragrance as soon as I entered the room. The soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet. The lobby decor was also beautiful. However, the only minor flaw was that the table in the room wasn't wiped clean, though other areas were spotless. On the bright side, the robot delivery service for items was incredibly fast, the quickest I've experienced in any hotel, and they had everything you could need.

Kudos to the staff at between 10:30pm-11pm of my arrival date. I immediately called the hotel reception the moment I arrived at the airport because I needed to be picked up. Fortunately, while I was looking for the hotel vehicle, the receptionist stayed on the line andwas very helpful and could speak English. Very fast and efficient check in. Would stay again.

After studying abroad for over two months, I have finally returned to China. My first stop after landing was this hotel near Beijing Capital International Airport. It offers airport pick‑up and drop‑off services, along with a lovely environment and delicious breakfast. These have greatly eased the stress from my tiring journey. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hard‑working front‑desk staff. They are conscientious and responsible. They also gave me some extra gifts and helped me send a parcel. I am truly thankful to them！
