Excellent location to explore Belfast by foot. Restaurants and night lfe in immediate area.

No air con No telephone in the room to contact reception Moved to a non premier room Had to collect an extra towel No coffee machine available despite asking Not cleaned despite asking four times No ability for the hotel to compensate!

Great hotel, in a great location. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Hotel is undergoing some refurbishment, which didn't bother us at all. I would have given five stars, but the room aircon was showing a fault, which meant our room was like an oven, and no means of ventilation. We did report this to hotel staff as we left.

Woke very early in the morning to sound of drilling and hammering , If I had known there was work going on i would have stayed at a different hotel

Perfect location. All staff really lovely & helpful apart from one lady in the dining room. Whom was very rude & was not impressed at handling food with her hands when there was tongs there. The 2 new rooms were lovely. But the other 3 were very basic & very far away. There was building work going on. Which we wasn’t told about till a few days to arrival. Some good points but more negatives.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location - bars & restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast really good; better than your average buffet. Only letdown was the bed - wasn’t as good as our other Premier Inn stays, unsure if it was a Hypnose mattress but no mattress topper, which makes all the difference. Also didn’t spot any “good night’s sleep guarantee” signs so not sure if it’s a thing here. Didn’t have the best night’s sleep unfortunately as found the room a little stuffy and the bed just didn’t have that “aaah” factor that we’re used to with Premier Inn beds.

I have just returned from our first weekend in Belfast. The service at this hotel is first class. Deborah on front of house is one of lives true gems. Super helpful and nothing was a bother to her. When we arrived early morning on the Friday, Deborah and Benji were on reception, we asked to pay for an early check in. They said we would be better off waiting a bit longer to get one of the newly refurbished rooms and we are so glad we did. The room was immaculate and newly refurbished. We stayed in room 510. I would also like to mention Chris in the restaurant, when we asked about the buses to get back to International Airport, he stopped what he was doing to call them as there was a marathon on, on the Sunday. He also remained professional when another guest was down right rude to him. I would definitely return and stay at this hotel

I’ve stayed here on many occasions great location , I’ve normally had a pretty good hotel and value for money. Arrived Friday asked to go to stay on room 231 no warning of the renovations but one of the lifts had tape over floor 2and 4 , got off at floor 2 to a full Blown building site nails in the ground , discarded wood and materials from ripping out rooms .. I had to access my room from the 4th floor and walk down stairs so MUCH NOISE

As before staff and location was first class. The rooms been refurbished but still looks like all others. Could do with more than one chair and shelves/drawers for smaller items as not everything goes on hangers. If you want a good night sleep go somewhere else or hope a room with windows that have not got holes in the frames allowing gales and street noise in like the windows were wide open. We complained about that and the deputy manager, think john, did his best to help us very quickly.
