Visiting in July 2022, obviously very very hot in Benidorm. We got there on the Sunday and immediately noticed the Air Con didn’t work. They wouldn’t see us until the Monday when we had to take our passports to their office across town. ( they wouldn’t even come to us ) and pay deposit of 50 euro each. They told us we had to pay extra for the air con which we did, and it still didn’t work. Messaged and rang them about it all week. Most messages were ignored but the ones that wasn’t ignored made it obvious they did not care about the broken air con or bothered about getting it fixed. All they wanted wqs our money. Such an uncomfortable place to be with it being over 35°c inside and barely cooled during the nights, we named the gaff Sweatbox. Now in September 2022 and still haven’t received our deposits back which we were told would take a couple of weeks to transfer back into our accounts and once again all communications being ignored. I’ve had better stays on industrial estates in Coventry than this sweatbox place. Toilet stank too
