"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"

"Bedroom so badly designed , thickened glass panel going into wards toilet / bathroom area, I walked straight into it has have many guests and hurt my head, it’s so dark at night when curtains are closed you can’t see it Food ok, nightmare getting a sun-bed, I have never queued so early in a morning to get one for the decent spots, pool area far too small for size of hotel Lots of guests left with food poisoning when we left including my 2 sisters, wouldn’t go again Met some lovely friends but I’ll give it a miss"

"Hotel Iris Benidorm Lovely quiet hotel 1048490528 Booked this hotel for 5 nights over Christmas because I like the area,I was not sure what to except after I read the reviews I was greeted by brother and sister who run it and a younger sister who was visiting , I checked in and paid a 50€ deposit which surprised me as I’m in my 60’s I was told a few rules but when I thought about them they are not rules really only what you would expect in your own home my case was taken to my room which was basic but had all you needed for a comfortable stay,I didn’t need my room made up every day, there is a a key for room which you leave at reception it did not matter what time I came back or went out there was always someone there to chat and make sure everything was ok I came back early ish a couple of nights where you can get a drink in the residents bar where there was another person on their own so I sat and chatted for a while along with the owners which was nice I think they should make it a public bar I will be calling in next time I’m in Benidorm hopefully for a drink, don’t hesitate to book this hotel there was no problem getting my deposit back and they said they didn’t need to check my room."

"Τι εστιατόριο που έψαχνα για μια κυρία ήταν καταπληκτικό δωμάτιο χωρίς λεκέδες και μεγάλο ντους, πετσέτες άλλαξαν και στρώματα κάθε μέρα αν το ήθελα.Το φαγητό ήταν το καλύτερο που είχα ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο τόσο πολύ επιλογή και ποιοτικό φαγητό, νομίζω ότι έβαλα μισό πέτρα, Το θέατρο της Ριβιέρα ήταν σπουδαίο, αλλά και σπουδαίο έργο και πάλι μεγάλοι τιμές deffo είναι πίσω."

"I’m just back from two nights at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the apartments on the 9th floor of the separate block. It was well equipped and spacious. I just ate breakfast which was ok. The hot food could have been a lot better but it was still possible to find enough to do. The staff were friendly. It seemed to be quite popular with older Spanish tourists. The location was excellent, just a five minute walk to the beach."

"Location was excellent- Hotel was spotless, Rooms were lovely: we had a family room which had two double beds- air con wasn't great (prob because we was on the top floor) but they sent an engineer straight away to check it and offered to change our room (we sorted in by leaving the air con on all evening) We were all inclusive and the food was amazing- so many options and probably the nicest AI food I have had. Lovely choice of wines and drinks- Sangria was lovely :-) . Pool area was relaxing- No issues with getting a bed and umbrella. All staff were lovely and friendly- Only 1 negative with the whole holiday was that the view around the pool wasnt great - BUT a 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches which made up for it"

Έλεγχος σε κολαπσάδο Οι ανελκυστήρες κατέρρευσαν ( ας τους εξηγήσει κάποιος για τα βέλη πάνω και κάτω ) Το μπουφέ κατέρρευσε ( οι κανόνες σας για να μην σέβεστε κανένα ουρά ή τραπέζια ή τίποτα κατέρρευσε τα πάντα ) Η καφετέρια κατέρρευσε ( τρεις ώρες σε ένα τραπέζι για καφέ ) Συνοψίζοντας, η φροντίδα 1000 ηλικιωμένων ταυτόχρονα είναι αβάσιμη και για τους πελάτες που δεν είμαστε από το Imserso είναι μια αίτηση."

"Lovely location , but would have benefited from a hotel shuttle bus service into Benidorm town . (Spent a fortune on taxis ) Accommodation was lovely but no water in rooms , no kettle, rooms and balconies were plagued by ants . Our room had no cover on the smoke alarm in the bedroom. Lacking in hooks and shelf space in the bathroom . We had breakfast included but we arrived at different times each day and each time the food was cold ( great selection though)and no one to cook fresh omelettes etc . Also we had a 8am checkout, so we couldn’t get breakfast . It would have been a nice touch to provide us with a basic packed up breakfast ( fruit, filled rolls , water or fruit juice ) The on-site mini market( as advertised) was pointless as had hardly anything there and it would have been nice to have had outside seating at the cafeteria. Positives were .. free passes to Aqualandia , dolphin show, use of Grand Luxor Hotel swimming pool which was a short walk away . All in all not worth the money we paid ."

"Never actually stayed at the apartments but the two Spanish brothers running the cafeteria are friendly and provide great service. Wine is excellent, the premises are modern and spotlessly clean. I believe their coffees, teas and breakfasts are also of a very high standard. Prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth a visit."

"Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια μεγάλη τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στην παραλία. Οι περιοχές της πισίνας, του εστιατόριου και του μπαρ/δωμάτιου είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένες και άσπρες. Βρίσκεται σε ένα σύντομο περίπατο τόσο στην παλιά πόλη όσο και στην νέα, είναι μια μεγάλη βάση. Τα δωμάτια είναι σύγχρονα και καθαρά αλλά μικρά - σίγουρα δίνει αλυσίδες στην εταιρία. Το μπάνιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πάλι άδειο. Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό, εκτός από έναν μπάρμαν που δούλευε στο μπαρ πισίνας. Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές. Θα ξανακάνει κράτηση για 3 νύχτες."
