Absolutely lovely place to stay, the apartment was very spacious and came complete with cleaning materials and fully kitted out kitchen. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely stunning

We loved our stay in the Buenos Aires Apartments. The place is spacious, clean and the views to die for, we was in room 16B and would definitely stay in that room again. The only thing I would say is that the bedrooms would benefit from a mirror and the double bedroom side lights. The rug in the lounge area needs replacing because it was coming undone at the side, but these are little cosmetic things and did not affect our stay. The welcome from the chap in reception was lovely and the little touch of water and a cleaning package was very thoughtful. I booked direct through the website and would do this again to request that room or somewhere higher. We missed the fact that there is a lift up to the apartments from the road and ended up walking all the way round so look out for that because the signage is not too big. It looks as though it’s miles away from everything but within 10 minutes you’re down on the beach by all the bars and restaurants. Also while we were there for the 5 nights I had 2 messages from the company checking in with us that everything was ok. Buenos Aires we will be back next year

10 of us travelled to Benidorm and stayed here. We had 2 apartments. Couldn’t fault them for the price. Place was Spotless, had all amenities for a self catering stay and the views were amazing. Loved the fact it had several balconies. The apartments are up a very steep hill. On the first day we discovered there were stairs to the street a lot of them and on the second day we discovered a lift down by the pool. Which was great as the stairs were a killer lol

Great apartment with great facilities all round including kitchen and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff very accommodating and some cracking views. Everything you need for a stay in Benidorm. Not too far a walk to the town either. Would definitely recommend for the price.

What can I say other than, thank god I'm alive. From turning up at reception and being greeted by what I can only describe as the russian BFG with steroid rage, I feared for my life and felt unsafe. We turned up expecting our stag party to be accepted as we booked as a group, but no. We were forced to split and half of us relocate. Once we had been checked into our rooms, all I can say is I'm glad I have my asbestos health and safety awareness as well as weils diseases qualification. Absolutely filthy top to bottom. One of the lads shone a UV light onto the pillow and it looked like someone had spilt a bottle of mayo on the sheets. After 2 nights with no sleep due to the washing machine randomly turning on, we decided enough was enough and packed and left. Our legs were happy that we left that huge hill. The full stag party was walking like they'd spent a night in a cell with big Leory. We found a lovely caravan park just north in Valencia, even with the 90 minute trek, it was still 5 minutes closer to the *****.

Fabulous location, 19th floor with stunning. panoramic views! Welcome cleaning pack & toiletries much appreciated. Spacious lounge with tv, English channels, 1 double bedroom ensuite with bidet & twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, large fridge freezer and door to outside drying airer. The washing machine was a God send, no washing to take home! 😊 I'd recommend a deep clean throughout which would make the chambermaids job so much easier for future cleaning. The bathrooms are very tired, alot of remedial jobs need attending to, door frames, plugs etc. For us, 3 adults 1 child, we've loved every minute here. It's been our base, we've not cooked as it's so cheap to eat out. Would definitely stay here again. Up the hill on the left are gates to stairs & a lift to the apartments. I repeat, a deep clean would be beneficial to these fabulous apartments. Oh and more pillows would be perfect.

Dont get me wrong. Basic is what you pay for an basic is what you get. Must have the coldest pool on offer in the whole of spain. Like getting into an ice bath. As a male my male parts shriveled up and dissapered up my rear end. You think im joking? Stick your hand in it. Avoid it at all costs. As for the clenliness. No your alright. I understand it is a rural part, sorta, of benidorm, but bugs FLOATING in the pool, dirt in the bottom of the pool and no chlorine as disenfectant. The pool 'changing room' has possibly the worst smell of amonia that i have ever smelt. Needs a good drop of bleach and a power hose down, not a hose with a flow you could urinate more than. As we were staying on the 10th floor overlooking the pool, you could smell it from morning to night. Windows closed at all times. The apartment itself, as i said its as basic as you for. 1 hob, 1 extractor, frige freezer, 1 bath 2 showers. 1 double bed one single bed and 1 sofa bed. Grand. Although i dont know whos wise idea it was to have a pizza cutter on offer with no oven. How are you meant to cook a pizza from frozen? Fry it? The views are amazing nothing to complain about there at all. Except no outside table and chairs. The left side railing for the patio wobbly and about to come off. Avoided this for fears of falling off. The outside patio light stays on for about 10 seconds and then goes off. So your sitting onn the balcony waving your hands at it like someone in distress every 10 seconds. Very basic outside. Lifts arent the best, really outdated and shuttery. We were not told before we got here that there was a lift from the mainstreet to the apartments. Found that out on the 3rd day in. If your bus drops you off near mcdonalds or burger king, and your mobility is poor, i highly reccomend you do NOT try and make your way to the apartments pulling a case as you will be on life support from the top of it. I pulled 2 20kg cases up the hills, as much as it was not fun i can do that. Someone with less mobility i woud NOT reccomend it at all. Will not be staying here again due to all the reasons listed above. It was an experince to say the least but never again. Hot coutry is supposed to have a warm pool. Not a pool like the artic.

We arrived at the apartment late morning and check in was pretty straightforward. Once in the apartment we were amazed by the stunning views as they were amazing. It was very spacious for 5 of us with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 3 balconies and a spacious living area with a sofa bed which were all comfortable. Unfortunately the day after we arrived our friend slipped in the shower and seriously gashed her elbow. We went down to reception to ask for a first aid box which there wasn't one, we were given a bandage to wrap around her wound until we got to the pharmacy. There was also no accident book to report the accident and when we asked about slip mats for the bottom of the shower we were told that's what the white bath mats were for which we knew was not the case but if it was there should have been 2 so that one could go in the shower and one outside. An apartment that was booked for 5 people only catered for 4 with only 4 cups, plates etc. We did get more when we asked for them but you expect to have 5 of everything if booked for 5. The place could do with a freshen up as its a bit tired and in some areas a bit grubby. Lovely pool area 200 euros breakages deposit which I waited 10 days to get back into my account

the beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was outdated, shower did not function properly, staff was rude and not helpful and the owner decided to kick us out and left us homeless (happened to two other groups in the hotel) to let them gain the deposits. only thing the apartment had going was the space and views. the lift failed multiple times leaving people stranded and in fear. AVOID
