Could not fault this hotel staff were amazing from check in to leaving ..we kept the room til 6 for€35.. food n drinks were great ..over all I have recommended this hotel to 9 family members for September..there was 12 of us ..it’s a great hotel

The hotel is nice food is good and the hotel is clean, but the Entertainment is very poor next to none on the evening there is lot of stag and hen party in this hotel and lots of drink people around the pool not a place for children. To see this, sometimes even me and my husband felt uncomfortable sat around the pool with the amount of drink people

May 2024 just returned from Dynastic rooms nice but not cleaned every day food under par meat sometimes not fully cooked some rude staff ! silly token rule at bar location good pool area small very small pool entertainment poor on arival only security guard on desk who could not speak word english !! definitely not 4 star more 3 and bit ruff ready that was our experience

Could not fault this hotel. Very clean, great choice in food and the staff could not do enough for you. A special mention to Daryl couldn’t do enough to help us! Would definitely recommend looking for a good holiday! I once again thankyou! We will be back!

Easy check in. No deposit taken. Got room 508 and for two people who are non smokers the smell of stale cigarettes hit you as soon as you walked in. We were tired so didn’t bother going to reception to change rooms. It was in the blinds and curtains and seeped into the wallpaper. We were only there wed to Sunday so just put up with it as was only a room to sleep in. Hotel we had breakfast it was usual English breakfast stuff and meats and cheese ect. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a family holiday unless you are on a super low budget. Pool area could do with a bit of a sproose up. Anyway had a fab time and would stay again but not in room 508 ha!

Arrive at the hotel to be told holiday company hadn't confirmed disabled room upgrade free of charge to supera suite own table in restaurants food outstanding couldn't be more helpful if they tried room spotless will definitely be back

If you want a gorgeous, happy, joyful, cheerful, fun family holiday then go! The food is good and has a huge range of options for all ages, great variation of options available and Staff are very friendly. Beach to 10min walk Mundomar and water park to 20 min walk. Free Wi-Fi

We had a promising start with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free. The rooms were satisfactory, offering ample cupboard space, a decent-sized room, an impressive balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a bath/shower combination. One minor issue was the slippery surface of the bath during showers. The beds were very firm, which suited me, though they might be for everyone. While the outdoor area appeared a bit worn, there were lots of chairs and sunbeds available. Although I didn't use the pool, its design seemed peculiar, resembling a semi-circle against a brick wall. Regarding the food, it was average. While it didn't quite live up to the standards of a four-star hotel, it wasn't as dire as some reviews suggested. Nonetheless, I expected better quality. Despite this, there was enough variety to satisfy most guests, and we never encountered cold food, as some had reported. We had no issues with the all-inclusive drinks, with a decent selection available. However, in hindsight, upgrading to branded drinks/spirits might have been preferable, and something we would do if we were to return. I can't comment much on the entertainment, as we spent our evenings out in Benidorm. However, it seemed that both day and night, guests were enjoying themselves, contributing to a nice family-friendly a**osphere. The staff were generally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The only negative incident was one day when our room wasn't cleaned properly, with the balcony area untouched and the beds only partially made. Overall, in our view, this hotel falls short of its four-star rating, possibly boosted by its spa facilities, which we didn't utilize. Without the spa, it would likely be rated as a three-star hotel. However, I don't intend this as a slight; we found the hotel to offer excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and satisfactory food. Given the price we paid, we would certainly consider returning in the future.

Every member of the staff and management were friendly helpful and courteous. The rooms a high standard of cleanliness with plenty of fluffy towels changed daily. Needed more pillows so just asked and they were on bed by evening. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Varied food choices at all meals. Something for everyone so no going hungry. Pool area spotless and always a sunbed available. Restaurant staff always welcoming and always a table waiting for us with a bottle of wine and water ready. Definitely worth a visit as having read previous reviews I was a bit dubious of this hotel . If visiting the spa be sure you understand the rules about wearing a swimming cap in jacuzzi as spa employees not good with English and their written rules need reviewing my only observation that is a bit negative.
