Medplaya Hotel Rio Park

Excelente hotel, mucha variedad en el buffet, está ubicado para ir a varios puntos de la ciudad, la atención del personal excelente, nosotros compramos excursiones en el hotel que es más práctico te ayudan en lo que necesitan, seguramente volveremos, recomendable 100%, las instalaciones están muy bien y por la noche el show estuvo súper, desde mi punto de vista un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos

Todo bien, el buffet repetitivo

Had a fabulous week away. The food was very good everything you could think of at breakfast and lunch all the food was hot although we only had breakfast and lunch as we went out to eat on an evening. Room was lovely and maids came every day. Plenty of sun beds but they don’t sit up so you are laying flat all the time but lots of chairs as well. Evening entertainment was good plenty of seats. The lifts have a mind of their own and go where they want 😂😂but you get to where you want to be eventually. The Hotel is on the yellow brick road, but we had no problems at all and walked up and down each night. The only one thing I didn’t agree with was the pool didn’t open until 11 am and the lifeguard started to close it at 4:45. when people were still sunbathing until 7 pm a shame really when children were playing in pool. all in all had a lovely time at this hotel and would definitely return

Lovely clean hotel rooms cleaned daily very pleasant staff,food Lovely would definitely stay again. Only issue was waiting for the lift especially at meal times. Lovely large swimming pool.And a big plus was having a kettle and fridge in your room.

My first stay at Rio park Benidorm. Just got back from 1 week stay 16/04/24 the food was amazing the best food I’ve ever had abroad it is predominantly English based but the chefs were amazing . Entertainment was mostly excellent. Rooms perhaps on the small side but not a problem we spent very little time in it anyway . Will be back

Just come back from or third visit, Hotel clean and well presented. Entertainment staff Luke and co very entertaining and funny. Bar staff Nora Nanni and Pedro very welcoming. Reception staff very accommodating. Food good always found something to eat. Just getting ready to rebook for June

We arrived at this hotel Saturday 20th April 2024. Hotel spotlessly clean smell bleach I love it. Drinks bit pricey. Rooms spotless unlimited Dove wash products. Shower not overly powerful as we on 8th floor. Maids do their job extremely well. To be honest my only complain is the food. The food is not nice cold poor variety. We have had to now resort to eating out. I would return no problem

Great hotel. Very clean. Great food👌. Friendly stuff. Specially Duoglas from restaurant. Extremely helpful person. Always smiling and in a good mood. Thank you once again for one of the best time in Spain. Love this country ❤️ Room once once🙂 Žilvinas and Sons.

Pros: good location, spotless rooms, friends staff, Cons: poor food quality, expensive drinks, showers poor, pool not open until 11 and closed by 4 most days Having stayed in several hotels in the immediate vicinity the Rio park has several areas that it could improve I would rate at a basic 3 star
