Bonjour , j ai séjour 3 jours , emplacement très bien, mes je déconseille les repas , vraiment pas terribles.

Well what can I say about this hotel. The reception staff especially the girls are great can’t do enough for you. Any problems and they will do their best to sort it out This is a lovely hotel very central as the name says, about 15 minutes from the old town and about the same to the ***** and about 100 meters from the beach so very well situated. The hotel is very clean. Ok the rooms. We found the room big enough for us, with a nice sized balcony. It had a double wardrobe,one side is full length and the other is half length because it has a shelf and a couple of drawers. It has a big tv with quite a few English channels. (Channels 64 to 70) The bed. Sorry but in my opinion this is the only thing wrong with room,it was so hard it was like sleeping on a slab of granite. I just couldn’t get comfortable but the wife got used too it after a few nights. It also has a fridge and a safe (you get the lock from reception). The bathroom is quite small but is useable, the sink has loads of space around it for your toiletries and a big mirror which is a vanity type. Now the shower. The shower is a power shower and is lovely but it leaks out onto the bathroom floor so we had to put towels down so we didn’t slip on the wet floor. The cleaning staff are always around ,cleaning the hotel inside and outside and cleaning the rooms every day,changing the towels. The on site bar is a nice place to spend a couple of hours having a drink, It does put entertainment. We only used it once but had a good night. The restaurant Can’t comment on the restaurant as we ate out every night All in all I would definitely stay here again (even with the beds)

All the staff are wonderful. Fast, efficient check in. Rooms are large , comfortable and kept spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. Special thanks go to Chef Juan and his team for always providing something tasty at each meal. Also a very special mention must go to Lola and her colleagues in the dining room, we were welcomed each time with great big smiles, despite our attempts at Spanish they never raised an eyebrow. Mas Lluvia, Lola. Two little *******, however. Bathroom floor can be slippy after a shower, so watch out and secondly, consideration should be given to an information pack in the rooms, providing phone numbers etc.

This hotel has a lot to commend it Very clean, spacious room nice staff very good location The only let down was the food Breakfast was the best, but dinner was not good at all Very little choice, and the deserts? hardly anything on offer not even ice cream choices which you would expect Not four star I'm afraid

Just spent 5 nights here. We arrived around 12pm, our room wasn't ready until around 2pm but we were able to leave our luggage. Our room was on the 3rd floor at the back so the view wasn't great - just of the apar**ent block behind but we weren't overlooked and it was pretty quiet so not a problem. Our double room was a good size with plenty of storage. There is a room safe but it has an extra charge so we didn't bother. No kettle in the room but you can hire one for 10 euros (you get this back when you return it). There's also a fridge in the room with no charge. Housekeeping done daily, the room was clean but is showing slight signs of wear - scuffs on the wall etc, nothing a lick of paint wouldn't sort. Bed was comfy (2 singles pushed together). We had breakfast included - it's served 8am-10.30am and there's a decent selection. Hot food, cereals, breads, cold meats, pastries and fruit. Juices and hot drinks are from self-serve machines. The pool area is nice, and the pool bar food was good. If you add money to your room card you get 10% discount too on food and drinks. You can hire pool towels for 10 euro each deposit. Location was good, nearer the old town end but still within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. I'm sorry I forgot to take photos of the room, the only one I took is of the caeser salad I had at the pool!! (It was pretty good)

Lovely clean, fresh and modern spacious rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, mini fridge, air con, tea and coffee making facilities available for deposit from reception, you have to ask otherwise it will not be offered, some nice led lighting effects. Good size bathroom with walk in shower, plenty of hot water available with good pressure. Furnished reasonably sized balcony, although the table on the balcony could be taller, so makes it difficult use a laptop at decent height. Everything you will need on your doorstep, but also far enough away from the noisy bars and clubs. My only gripe was when I checked in at about 6pm, the male receptionist did not say a word to me, apart from the floor my room was on, he just handed me my room key with no information about the hotel facilities, I had to return to reception after I had unpacked to get the wifi code, I could not use the room telephone as there were no instructions on what number to use. I would use this hotel again and hope that someone nicer and friendlier will be on reception !

What a great hotel. Location is excellent. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are well designed with the best showers. Everywhere is very clean. Food is plentiful, varied and not wanting. The evening entertainment is very good quality. The staff really make this hotel. Efficient, friendly and even funny. Particular mention goes out to bar staff Cristina, Juan and Maria. Keep up the good work. We'll definitely be back.
