Service: The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Cleanliness: The room was quite clean, and the facilities felt relatively new. Location: The hotel is close to the subway station and a commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is quite close to the city center, and taking the subway is very convenient. The parking garage is located at the back; be aware that there's a sharp turn that might challenge some drivers. Also, the 12th floor of the parking garage corresponds to the 4th floor of the hotel, and you have to go around to reach the front desk. The room was excellent, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The elevators display peak times, so I recommend using them during off-peak hours. Very good!

The location was good, close to the metro station. No kettle in the room, if we wanted to have a cup of tea, we needed to ask for a paper cup at the reception, then pay and self-serve at the breakfast place.

The hotel is modern and very beautiful. There are some restaurants in the immediate vicinity but most of them are not great. However, one bakery is superb (at the campus only a minute walk away). Very friendly staff (the courteous Mr. Kunal checked me in). Unfortunately the coffee which I got as a welcome drink was the worst coffee I had this year (embarassing).

The stay was really comfortable, clean, and quiet. There's also a bar downstairs that offers a complimentary drink. The room had a fridge, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather for chilling water. They even left a bottle of water and an electricity card while I was out, which was a thoughtful touch. The transportation nearby is very convenient. It's really close to the zoo, about a 5-minute walk, and I had a great time seeing the pandas! I forgot to take pictures of the room though, so I'll use a panda picture instead! 😂

Unfortunately, Quentin Design had not the booked room available. After a short discussion with the reception, I was helped and I was stayed in Quentin XL. Although not next to it, a very good alternative. I'll book there the next time. The description of the other hotel should be adjusted. Very nice helpful staff.

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and, as usual, it didn't disappoint. The only thing missing for a perfect stay is the spa, which has been under renovation for some time now.

I feel loved by many people. The room is very big, especially the toilet. It is very clean. The shower room is also very large. It is convenient for washing your hair. There is a free coffee machine available from 1 to 9 pm.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
