The location was excellent! The hotel is situated next to a shopping centre, and it had a KFC, a Macdonald’s as well as a Starbucks cafe adjoining the hotel. The breakfast has some western dishes and the staff were pleasant and respectful. All in all, I would recommend the hotel to foreign guests on account of its proximity to the railway station, and its central location!

The hotel is in the centre of the city, close to Jining museum and some shopping malls / cafes where you can have coffee and meals. The room was clean and tidy. You'll get toiletries, water, hair dryer, kettle and anything else you might need.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are new and complete, and very user-friendly. The hygiene is top-notch; the room is spotless, and the bedding is so clean it makes you feel really at ease. The environment is quiet and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service is incredibly thoughtful; the staff are all warm and attentive. Plus, they have a special 'Late-Night Congee Delivery' service, so if you get hungry at night, you can get a warm bowl of congee – it's such a thoughtful touch! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The overall environment was acceptable, but the check-out was delayed by an hour. The front desk didn't communicate with the housekeeping staff, and with only an hour left before check-out, someone knocked on the door and opened it – very impolite and unpleasant.

This was my first time visiting Jining, my first time spending the May Day holiday here, and my first stay at the Wanda Realm Jining – and I was truly delighted and impressed! My 3-night stay exceeded all expectations. Wanda Realm Jining truly lives up to its reputation as the number one luxury hotel in Jining, offering exceptional quality in both accommodation and dining. The room was spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. For our first meal at the hotel, we chose the Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor. The dining ambiance was elegant, and the dishes were superb in terms of color, aroma, flavor, and presentation. The scallion pancakes were particularly delicious. The waitstaff, both male and female, were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive, from serving tea and dishes to packing leftovers and handling the bill – their friendly demeanor was much appreciated. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including Jining's local specialties. The lunch buffet on the first floor during the May Day holiday was fantastic, with a rich selection of dishes and excellent taste. We were truly touched and grateful that the chefs and restaurant manager personally served abalone, sea cucumber, and sashimi platters directly to our table! I highly recommend the Wanda Realm Jining for anyone visiting Jining.

Housing and cleanliness: Details need improvement! During our two-day stay, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast through Ctrip! The breakfast was of a high standard, guaranteed quality, and a wide variety! The only downside was the loud speaker 📣 from the fruit shop downstairs was too loud. I hope the hotel owner can discuss this with them!!!

Kyriad Hotel experience is great! Convenient location, worry-free travel. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the check-in is fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and I slept well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and the facilities are complete. The overall environment is warm and stylish, the price is very high, whether it is a business trip or a trip is very suitable, highly recommended, will choose here next time!

The service was excellent; they even allowed me a one-hour late check-out because of my exam. The room was also very spacious.

The service attitude is particularly good, the room environment is clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are complete, the room is floor heating and air conditioning heating, very comfortable, there are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door, and the scan code is free to park. The breakfast is rich, the stir-fried dishes are complete, there are freshly squeezed juices, the fruit is also very fresh, the staple food has noodles, wontons, etc., very delicious.

My initial impression of the hotel was one of coldness and perfunctory service, lacking any warmth or hospitality. The breakfast, originally priced at 38 yuan, was reduced to less than 15 yuan; the selection was limited and the food was unappetizing. The staff were also very rude when trying to process my early check-out. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay.
