I chose this Intercity Hotel for my business and study trip to Shanghai, and my stay was quite satisfying! It's located on a quiet side street, very peaceful, with plenty of small eateries nearby. There's also a Korean street not too far away, and it's close to the MixC mall. In short, it's quiet but not isolated. What's most important is that the decor is my preferred simple, stylish business style, and it's very clean. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a small request regarding room cleaning, the staff carefully followed through. Honestly, as someone who is quite particular about hotels, I truly think this place is great.

This feels like a hotel with excellent value for money. The cleanliness and ambiance are both superb. I especially love the large refrigerator in the room; it can hold all the drinks I buy.

My family, this stay at the esports hotel was an absolute blast! The computer was top-notch, and it played AAA games without any lag. The screen was high-definition, and the keyboard and mouse felt fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the surrounding area was convenient for dining. I'll definitely be back for another gaming experience here. Highly recommended!

The area of those hotel was kind of disappointing. When you first look at the building, you don’t know what to expect as it’s kind of rundown, but as soon as you go inside, and then the rooms you can quickly realize that holiday and express still abide by their high standards. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean and it’s relevantly up kept. Breakfast is a huge buffet, which is always nice with Holiday Inn. Staff was very helpful. I had some issues with my Wi-Fi, but it seemed like it was something out of their control. Overall great hotel location was just OK.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, and the uncle was approachable and attentive. There was some standing water in the bathroom, but after I mentioned it, someone came to fix it right away – thumbs up! The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious, and the kitchen auntie was also very friendly. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time. My only minor gripe is that there aren't enough washing machines and dryers, so you have to wait in line.

Whenever we had an issue, they patiently addressed our concerns and went out of their way to resolve them. All in all, this hotel truly stood out as a highlight of our trip. We were extremely satisfied with everything, from the service and facilities to the overall environment. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers.

My family came to Shanghai and wanted to stay cheaply, so they booked this place. It is very close to the subway station and in the market. There is a lot of life nearby, many small commodity markets, and the things are cheap. The prices are not high. My family likes it very much. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it should have been opened for a long time.
