Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. The front desk staff were really helpful, informing us about free transport tickets and recommending places to visit. Parking was a bonus! It was free during our stay, though the parking lot is a bit small with narrow spaces, but that wasn't a big deal. The location is convenient, about a ten-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was spacious, facing the Ferris wheel. It could get a little noisy at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The view from the room was excellent and exactly as shown in the advertisement, which was a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are quiet despite the central location, making it a good place to relax after a day out. Overall, a highly recommended option for both short and long stays in Bern due to its location, comfort, and accurate representation online.

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

It's convenient that there's an Aldi right downstairs, but there aren't many restaurants around, so eating out is a bit inconvenient. We had to walk a kilometer to get Domino's. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, and it even had a microwave. Self check-in was easy enough to do on my own.

When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.

Room looks nice and clean. One intersting feature is the sliding door connecting the toilet and shower room, when one is closed the other is left open. Included basic amenities like towels and cups. Breakfast is normal. Location is good, just 5 minute bus ride from the train station. Staff is very friendly and offers kind assistance.
