"We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback."

"We visited Indra Maya Pool Villa end of May for one week. He had a great stay there and enjoyed our time. The Villas were spacious, comfortable and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed excelent food especially the indian Spice Restaurant and the Keelong seafood Restaurant. To finish the day at Calypso floating bar before doing a night swim in the pool was a great experience. We will come back again for sure."

"I feel so angry and disappointed during our stay in Bindan clubmed. When I stayed in the second morning around 8 am, the house keeper knocked my door many times until I opened the door. But I didn’t hang up “ make up the room”.Tell me why? During my stays, the telephone is not working until I left. And nobody refilled hand wash and body wash even I already informed you via WhatsApp. The most ridiculous thing happened when I checked out. I already asked your staff if I need take my 2 luggage’s on the shuttle bus. You promised you would take them to the ferry. But when got off, my luggages didn’t on the bus and nobody gave us the ferry ticket. My family 3 people stranded outside to wait our luggages mor than 20 minutes and then got our luggage and tickets. I already sent email to Bindan clubmed to complain,but nobody responded. I think in this clubmed, nobody cares the feeling of customer."

"The hotel was very clean. The room was simple and spotless. I had no complaints at all. I stayed here because I wanted to catch the first ferry in the morning. It was super convenient as the ferry terminal was less than a 10-minute walk, even with a suitcase. Breakfast was included and available from 6 AM, which was a huge plus. The breakfast mostly consisted of Indonesian dishes, which I'm not familiar with as a Japanese person, so I just had toast. Overall, it was a good hotel."

Ειδικά εκτιμούμε τη βοήθεια, τις συμβουλές και την μέγιστη υποστήριξη που παρέχει ο διαχειριστής του Resort, Aider, για τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής καθαρότητας και διευθέτησης του εξοπλισμού καθώς και την περιοχή όπου διαμένουμε είναι ευνοϊκή για την αστροναύτη. Ευχαριστούμε επίσης για όλη την ομάδα του, π.χ. Yuni κ.λπ., που ήταν όλοι πολύ υπεύθυνοι και ανταποκρινόμενοι σε οποιαδήποτε αίτηση. Υπέροχη! Δωμάτια: Όμορφο, παραδοσιακό, πολιτιστικό, ξύλινο σχεδιασμό Joglo. Μεγάλο, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Ευκολό κρεβάτι. Εξοπλισμένο. Τρόφιμα και ποτά: Γιουμμυ-φρένισμα με μια καλή ποικιλία επιλογών που περιλαμβάνεται στη δέσμη ξενοδοχείων. Το μενού αλά καρτ του εστιατόρου για τρόφιμα και ποτά ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό. Απολαμβάνουμε το φαγητό τους Martabak Telur, Chicken Rendang πίτσα, Gado gado, Bintan Exotica Nasi Goreng και χυμός Avocado. "It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you."

"We booked 3 rooms Deluxe Sea view package for 3 days 2 nites. The view of the sea and sunrise was stunning. Its a quiet and peaceful resort. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The breakfast and dinner which were included in the package were good and reasonable. We were given 2 times complimentary massage during our 2 nites stay. Unfortunately the masseue that massage me was not to my standard, so I dont really enjoyed the massage compared to my friend. For outdoor activity like ATV, canooing can be done at their sister resort ie Bintan Agro. At Bintan Pearl itself theres not much outdoor activity, so it can be quite boring for someone who love outdoor like me. Liasing with the their staffs and transportation is excellent. For those who love quiet n peaceful surrounding, I would recommend Bintan Pearl"

"Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again."
