Υπήρχαν επίσης πολλές δραστηριότητες που έπρεπε να γίνουν από εσωτερικά έως εξωτερικά, παραλίες και η εμπειρία του τζετ σκι και του ατβιότοπου ήταν η καλύτερη! Τα τρόφιμα είναι όλα νόστιμα. Ταξίδι ήταν επίσης βολικό καθώς οι μεταφορές είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμες και παρέχονται. "Doulos Phos the Ship Hotel is a place of total serenity and peace. Upon arrival ,we were greeted by the warm hospitality of the hotel team. Andri, the hotel manager gave us a good overview of the activities that we can enjoy at the hotel. He personally conducted the tour and the ship hotel and briefed us on its interesting history. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. In the evening, we had a 10-course Rijstafel, an Indo- Dutch semi fine dining comprising a welcome drink, appetizer,, main course and dessert plus a very special brew of coffee. Overall, it has been a wonderful weekend getaway for me and my wife. Will come back again to explore the surroundings more."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again."

"Our stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!"
