"On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good."

"My girlfriend came to Binzhou and booked this hotel for her really satisfied! Parking is particularly convenient, Manager Wang is super good, and he also upgraded the standard room for free. The bed is 1.35 × 2 meters, it is very spacious to sleep, the room is clean and there is no dust, the large windows are well lit, and the sun is particularly comfortable. "This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the warm welcome from the front desk staff. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they even proactively upgraded my room – a truly delightful surprise! The room was cozy and spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's facilities were also excellent. The gym was fully equipped, the swimming pool had crystal-clear water, and after swimming, you could relax in the adjacent lounge area with a cup of tea. The breakfast was varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, with shopping malls, restaurants, and a subway station all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. This stay was fantastic, and the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!"

"I left my wristband in the room when I checked out. Thank you to the front desk staff for contacting me and the housekeeper who cleaned room 0731 on the morning of July 28th (sorry I couldn't find her name) for returning it. Regarding the hotel's amenities, it was a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the TV couldn't project screens. However, around 5:00 PM on the 27th, the gentleman at the front desk kindly helped by temporarily storing food in the restaurant, which solved the problem.
