Hotel is very good quality. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Didn’t get to enjoy any food as early departure. Van service is not great. My pickup was delayed significantly and driver when questioned about this got a serious attitude. Morning service to airport with crowded Van. Not enough seats. Needed two vans. Loading luggage took 15 minutes. Good location. Only 10 minutes from the airport and really good rate compared to others

The room is large, nothing fancy as expected. Unfortunately right by commuter rail so loud during day. The man who checked us in was not rude but not pleasant and obviously didn’t want to be there. The pool was freezing which made me sad that’s why we booked it. Hot tub was nice except gross floating hair and junk kept coming up by us. The pros were happy hour and breakfast!! Next time I’ll spend more to get a better more clean place. 200 plus ten for parking was a lot for what you get. Small bathroom but huge master with a good closet! TVs were nice also.

It was a very nice stay. This is my hotel when I come to serve my clients. The hotel is clean, safe, great food and service. The breakfast is good and the evening cocktail reception is always great. Thanks for a great stay every time.

Very nice place, the managers reception is only two drinks, that’s one thing they don’t advertise, breakfast is average, omelette needs to be cooked a little longer otherwise a good place

We love staying at Embassy Suites Mpls Airport. It is in a great location close to the Mall of America and has many dining options. The shuttle to the mall was clutch! It was great not having to worry about parking or anything. We love the happy hour the hotel offers for guests. Such a great experience!

We enjoyed the made to order breakfast and cocktail hour. Out of the parking lot you’re on the freeway. So convenient & close to the Mall of America.
Didn’t like the $10/night parking charge.

We had a lovely stay. We told the hotel we were there for our anniversary and they surprised us with a lovely dessert plate. The lightrail noise was the only troublesome part of our stay, so next time I will request a room on the other side of the hotel.

This is a decent place to stay. The breakfast is good the seating for breakfast is second to none. The only downside was toothpaste left in the sink, a leaky tub faucet and the drain was shut so tub had water in it. Also the hallway was in need of a vacuuming. The pool is amazingly small for such a big place.
