Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

Crowne Plaza Suites MSP AIRPORT - MALL OF AMERICA by IHG

"The hotel is very good, the sanitation is very clean, the room is very warm The front desk staff is very nice and can deal with problems in time Convenient transportation around parking is also very convenient Preferred for business trips"

DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport

"This is the worst hotel I've ever booked while on a business trip. First, I was misled by the "opening in 2024" claim. Locals know it's a very old hotel; it's just been renamed Double Tree and hasn't been renovated. I initially thought that since it's under the Hilton brand, the quality control would be decent, but the sinks were clogged, the towels were dirty, and I complained to the front desk about everything, but not a single "sorry"! After one night, I couldn't stand it anymore and wanted to change hotels, but because I booked four nights through Ctrip, the hotel wouldn't let me get a refund, saying I'd lose the room fee. I called Ctrip to complain, and they really did provide a very efficient solution! Later, my American friend booked me the Hilton Garden Inn next door, which was much better! The price was about the same, and it was even cheaper than Double Tree because of Gold Membership. In short, don't book this hotel!!!"

"Everything went well in our two-days stay. I'll highlight that the towels were so stiff I could scrub my pans with them and use them as a pound weight."
