It is a nice hotel, shuttle bus to the airport

I had a great experience. The shuttle from the airport was running about 45min late, so I took an Uber and the hotel reimbursed it. The shuttle back to the airport was ready and on time in the morning. I would definitely come back.

MoA까지 걸어가기는 조금 멀었지만 셔틀버스가 있어 좋았습니다. 실내수영장은 조금 작은 편입니다. 레스토랑 옵션은 제한적입니다.

The hotel seemed to be clean and felt safe. I like the salt pool instead of chlorine, not so irritating smell. Breakfast staff was very good and attentive. food was good especially make to order omelet station.
The elevator control buttons on one of the cars was not working so well, and the shower in the womens bathroom in the pool area needs a new showerhead. was not impressed with paying for parking for an overnight stay

We discovered in room 530 the Kleenex box had gotten wet/soaked previously and had a strong moldy smell!! That needs to be addressed immediately.

Couldn't use pool, boiler was broken for the entire week of my stay. A server accused me of stealing muffins. Yes, muffins. I was in a training for a week, last day I didnt dress the part, so she assumed I was stealing i guess. Oh and the last day of the training, at 10:30am they cleaned my room and threw away my work shoes, two packs of cigarette's and gifts I got from the Mall of America. Front desk bought me dinner before my flight which was nice gesture. Hope they fixed that process as I would hate for another customer to get their stuff thrown out. Customer service is good. but the housekeepers and servers can do better.

This is a helpful hint to ALL hotels, since hotels use white sheets and white towels, spray Tilex Mold & Mildew on spots and leave on for 3 min and throw it in the wash....it will upgrade your hotel to excellent and remove any questionable spots.
