"A very good situated property, overseeing all bodrum. A very present security at the property perimeter makes you feel shielded. The service is very polite and competent. From basic room to amenities everything makes an impeccable impression, its clean and taken care of. The wellness section situated under the pool offers also a great view to Bodrum. The Sauna, steam room and turkish bath rounds it up. Sadly just massage spots seem to be scarce (at least off season) The gourmet restaurant teases you with fine culinary creations out of the region."

"I stayed here for 7 nights in the first week of June 2026. What I liked Small hotel, not overcrowded: It's clean, the rooms are cleaned regularly, and it's generally quiet. If you're used to living in a big, noisy city, it's actually pretty relaxing. Food is okay: There are lots of salads and a few meat options every day. Don't expect gourmet or Michelin-level food, but you won't go hungry. Friendly staff: Selim at the main pool bar and Bob the entertainer were especially great. Good location: Turgutreis is only about 5 minutes away by car. Uber was around €4–5 per trip. You can also walk it in about 30 minutes if you don't have small kids. What I didn't like No food labels: You often have no idea what you're eating unless you try it. You can ask the chef, but if you don't speak Turkish, that may not help much. A lot of the food is cold: Out of maybe 20 dishes (including salads), only 4–6 were served warm. Even the mashed potatoes were cold. After a year of hard work, you go on holiday to eat cold mashed potatoes... who does that ? Bar selection is limited: For an all-inclusive package, I expected a bit more. Beer, wine, vodka, and gin were available, but if you're hoping for whiskey or rum, don't count on it. Food quality is average: There's plenty of it, but this is still a budget-friendly 4-star hotel, not a luxury resort. Overall For the price, it's a decent option. If you're the kind of person who eats to live, you'll probably be happy here. If you live to eat, have a golden tooth, wear sunglasses indoor and drive a BMW... then spend an extra €500 and go elsewhere."

The staff are exceptional but I must single out Engin who looks after everyone so well and despite seeming to work 20hrs a day always had a smile on his face. Great hotel, great location, great staff. Was our first stay at the Serpina but it won't be our last"

"The hotel I chose by accident is very good and the price is very high. The girl at the front desk, IREM, served very well and even upgraded us to a sea view room. Thank you. The service was very warm from the moment we entered the door. There are also special fruit juices to drink, and the pool view is very beautiful. . The Aegean Sea in Bodrum is too beautiful, I will come back again, the pasta in the restaurant is average, 10 euros a piece, you can go out to eat near the castle, walk for more than 20 minutes, the front desk can help you call a taxi, 60 taxis Lira or about 80 lire"
